Meribelle entered the cave, and watched the cubs playinging. She sat down beside Leanna and watched them, tiltingher head a bit, lifting one paw in the air about her chest, "ooooh"

Akira peeked his head out from behind the rock to see what was going on but being carefull not to be seen, he didn't wanna be tagged! he smiled and looked around trying not to be seen

Meribelle got up, and began to stalk over behind the young lion. She settled herself behind him, very quietly, "Boo!"

Shaitani trotted into the cave, moving past the food a moment to greet Kun Yi. He nuzzled her, "Where did you go? I couldn't find you anywhere," He would have sounded playful had he not been the way he was, but he sounded more protective than anything else. He wasn't worried about her, since he knew she could handle herself, and he also knew that she was smart enough not to go wandering too far (though he was unsure what he would consider "too far" and rethought this slightly), so really had little to worry about. So instead his voice took a protective tone more than anything else.

"I went down by the lake." Xiao was forgotten for the moment. She returned the nuzzle, amethyst eyes sliding half shut. "I was hunting. Rehoning my skills for our Pride."

He smiled - which was really more of a smirk, "You took down this beast on your own?" He was impressed. Most huntresses wouldn't dare to take on a hunt on their own unless it was for small game, yet Kun Yi had managed to take down an antelope on her own without - it seemed - any trouble at all.

Nola snuck close to the rock that Akria was hiding behind and crouched low when the new cub surprised them. "Hey. What's your name? Are you part of our pride now too?"

"I'm Meribelle, and the nice Leanna found me and brought me here. What's your name?" Meribelle sat down, and her tail flicked behind her happily.

Xia walked on the pads of her feet, her tail up in the air behind her as she followed after Ling, still clueless on what his intentions where. Her gaze was focused down on the lake and she took a few steps into it and then splashed the cold water at the Panda lion teasingly. The teen couldn't heko but laugh at him as he was drenched with his mane soaked he looked like a drowned rat. That''ll learn him.
The king had not been expecting the other to splash him, and when she did he quickly tried to cover himself. This of course did not work and he lifted a brow at the female that stood with him.
"I see you have a sense of humor, Xia." he chuckled and quickly shook out of mane, splashing the female with all the water that heavy mass of hair had held.
He moved to the lake side and sat, his large body crushing most of the grass under him. "Sit with me...please...I wish to talk with you..." His voice was a low rumble, his eyes shimmering, he was happy
"Eep! Not fair!" She exclaimed as he shook his mane at her and she couldn't help but giggle at him as he did so. "Yes, you didn't know that, Ling? From when I first jumped on your head." She blinked at him as he sat down, still curious and uncomfortable with her younger body than his though they were born on the same day. She was still a teenager and she didn't feel right not grown up, and she was anxious to please Ling and grow up to be a pretty adult. Xia reluctantly sat down next to him, and she wondered what he could possibly have to say to her that was so private.
Ling smiled as Xia sat beside him. He watched her for a moment, not really certain how he could start this conversation. He rested his head on his paws, looking at the ground infront of him. "I've tried....for a very long time now...to talk to you like this Xia...I just...everytime I got distracted."
Xia's eyebrows rose, 'understatement of the centuary.' "No really..it hurts me sometimes, I thought that maybe you didn't like me or something and that's why you allways avoid me.." She flopped down on the ground in an exprehession of defeat, her tail curled around her and the lion sighed softly. She hoped that that wasn't the case.
"that's not it at all Xia...truely..." He sighed and forced himself to look up at her. "Things....the pride...they've taken me away from you...and...the other day. When you helped me, I realised that...well, you'd grown up." He lifted his head slightly and smiled at her. "It surprised me at first..and then...I felt like I needed to be near you..protect you all the more..."
Her ears twitched at what he was saying and she blinked, still lost. Her gaze found his, and managed to stay gazeing at them without looking away. "..really?" She said, interested in what he was going with the talk.
Ling nodded. "Yes...the others...I want to keep you away from them...want you to avoid them like the plague..." He chuckled and shook his head. "I guess...I wanted to tell you...wanted you to know...that...well.." He sighed a lowered his gaze to the ground. "I don't want anyone else to have you Xia..."
((This Rp isn't done, more will be added later, but for now I wanted it posted so Ling could come back to the cave.))

Akira jumped at the noise "agh!..." he said falling over backwards surprised, he didn't notice that Nola was behind him and he fell over on top of her "ah...oh Nola! i-i'm sorry!" he said getting up off her "are you ok?"

"I've been watching the leapords. They do it all on their own as well." She pawed at him, almost playfully. "A lot of things still could have gone wrong. I was lucky this time." With the same paw she hooked it around his neck and dragged him down to lay next to her.

Leanna stepped slowly toward Kun Yi. "You are a fine hunter..." She gave a gentle smile at the other lioness. "I...I wanted to apologize..for what I did to you a long while back...I.." Leanna looked down slightly. She felt like she needed to apologize to Kun Yi. She was a strong lioness now and could well take care of her sister. "All I'm really saying is that..you've grown to be a fine lioness." Leanna gazed into the other's eyes in a motherly sort of way. Her tail slightly waved behind her as she once again gave that gentle smile.

Amethyst eyes watched the lioness. "Not many would say that Leanna." She managed to keep the heat from her face. From Shaitani she could handle the compliments, but not from anyone else. Speaking of her male, the Dragon playfully bit an ear. "It doesn't matter though, I'm leaving soon. It is up to Xiao whether to come with us or not."

"Xiao can choose." Leanna agreed. "I understand..and I wish you both the best of luck for your Pride." She then turned to Shaitani. "I know..we did not have much time to talk..but I wish for you to take care of Kun Yi. Let no harm come to her.." Once again, Leanna turned her eyes back to the lioness and smiled. Giving a quiet bow, she then turned and retreated back to her place near to the doorway. Settling down on her belly, Leanna curled up and tried to catch some sleep.
