When Rep landed on her as well Candace felt like her lungs were collapsing in her chest. He was heavy! And with Rin on her as well it made it that much worse! She grunted and pulled herself out from underneath the two imbeciles, stumbling to her feet as she ran away.
She was not getting run into again. She was done, man. DONE.
She was going home.

Deryk stared in disbelief as their work seemed to have done just about nothing. But he was all for getting the hell out of there. It was pretty obvious thing thing was a little out of their league. Taking a few steps backwards, he started to make his way towards the bridge, almost bowling over Candace in the process... or maybe she almost bowled him over.
Either way, he stumbled off to the side.

He barely made it two steps before tripping over the STUPID robe again. Grunting, he half-sat, ripping the top part of the robe off and tying the trouser part around his waist.
Sure, the pantlegs might only hit him mid-calf now, but at least he wouldn't be zombie bait. Hopefully.

Rep was left in a heap on the ground, tangled up in the infernal ******** dress as the people he'd been tangled up with finally got the hell out of there. It took him a bit to actually get to his feet though and probably placed him as a sort of environmental hazard for anyone else.

Okay. Okay, this was starting to get ridiculous. Fist a swarm of undead, then a giant monster thing, and now more undead and a rapidly disappearing bridge. She wondered what exactly the main goal of this mission had been--to take out the giant boss thing?--as she sprinted for the bridge.
Apparently Eva was no good at attacking things, but she was a decent runner. Somehow, she made it to the portal back in one piece.

Her booted foot caught on the hem of her uniform and she stumbled, falling flat on her face. The undead started forward, groaning dramatically and groping her in inappropriate ways.
