"You're welcome~" Amrita said, still quite and trying to stomp down all those miserable feelings the insanity burst had put in her. The Vetala was a mess; limbs loose, glass shards poking out here and there, ripped and torn skin...but at least the rainbow was fading, that was good at least. Once Astra was up, Amrita released the hand and went to adjust some of the parts she held, not wanting to lose a single piece of him.
"Mmm...a-actually, I think this is all of him." What was left of her lips pressed together in a thoughtful frown, returning to Calder to stick what she assumed to be the last of the pieces to his mare form. She was shaking, her limbs were stiff, but she was being useful and that made her feel somewhat better.
"I...I think we're ready to head back...?" She asked Calder and Barth this time, assuming Astra was ready to leave and that they had all Christof's pieces. It looked like all of them, unless he had extra appendages that she wasn't aware of...

"o..okay then" It was good that all the parts were there, but she had hoped she would be able to do something for them. As she watched Amrita walk away, she noticed the pieces of glass sticking out from her, and just how badly beaten she looked in general. Frowning at the sight, she made up her mind. At the every least, she could try and heal her! Closing her eyes, she concentrated as hard as she could, gathering her FEAR in order to preform her technique. But as soon as she had started, her head became rather dizzy, and she almost fell over again. It seemed she was just too weak to summon her healing fruit correctly. With a sigh, she slowly wandered after Amrita, definitely ready to get out of this place.

Calder was holding a rather limp wing in her mouth when Amrita showed up, looking even worse from the small treasure hunt, and holding a rather tear-stained looking creature. For a victory, this was a rather miserable one, but when had their past victories for this school make everyone beam with a smile? Then again, most were because everyone was always badly beaten.
They needed to seek medical help.
Lowering down, Calder turned her head to stick the wing to her side. "You two, get on. I'll take us there. It will be fastest." He knew that Malodore would KILL him for not only shifting, but carrying them all there, but she could rest when she got to the Infirmary with the rest. Right now, everyone needed medical attention and the sooner, the better.
When everyone got on, Calder rose back up, turned, and headed off to see Nurse Cricket. ((Exiting))

He fell still, for the moment at least suspending his attempts to stand to his feet. Turning his head, his gaze fell first on Petro and then shifted to Needle. They were both alive and standing on their own feet, that was a relief, though Petro at least looked the worse for wear. It was a moment before he registered the question. A smaller form? He did of course, he student form. Unfortunately returning to that would require his pin, which he had left on the desk by the window of his room. He had left the pin there for safe keeping, though it didn't do him much good now did it. "My pin...it's in my room."

When it became clear Needle was relatively alright, the tikbalang helped both himself and the ghoul onto their feet. "Sorry if I got y' roughed up," he apologized, offering the ghoul his arm as they headed for where Sheridan was. "'S gonna be hard to drag y' to the infirmary in y'r real form," Yes, state the obvious, Tro.
Carefully, he removed the bracelet his own skullpin was attached to and offered it to the dragon boil. "Here, I can shift to human form easy," it was a natural ability his kind shared.

"I'd rather you not try." The dragon snorted, though there may have been a hint of laughter behind that snort. A comical image though the idea of a horse trying to drag a 20+ foot dragon may have been, Sheridan did not especially like the idea of being dragged on his belly anywhere, not even to the infirmary. He had been debating his next move, wondering if he could somehow convince his cat to bring him his pin, or if he should wait where he was for someone to fetch it for him. Both ideas seemed flawed for similar reasons, reasons that involved said cat. Well he couldn't stay where he was, that was certain. Oh! Sheridan blinked, staring at Petro for a moment. Offering his own pin? Could he really accept such a gesture? To him it seemed too much to ask, and yet Petro had offered anyway. Finally he smiled, gratefully accepting the gift, resolving to get on his feet and retrieve his own pin as soon as was draconically possible and return his friend's. "Thanks you."

First the wave of insanity, and then the earthquake and glass. Together, it took the living doll down and out. Thankfully, she re-spawned quickly, but only with little health to do much of anything. She was ready to sleep for months now. This was definitely worse than last years Christmas. If anything, her hate for Christmas town only grew more than before.
The only good thing that came of this, was that it appeared that amityville had won this fight. The creature was gone. At least, for now it was. Jack knew how long this would last, 'cause she sure didn't.
Propping herself up with her elbows, she glanced about the area for Bul, only to see him already headed towards her. "What..just happened?" She wasn't quite sure herself. Well, whatever. She just wanted to go back home and rest. She had enough combat for one day.HP: 17 - 18 = 0 Re-spawned with 1 HP Status: Almost dead

Locating Mei wasn't terribly hard given that students were popping up and returning with little health.
Next to her he could tell that he'd need to be the one to baby her like she had when he'd passed out in the snow.
"Come on Mei;" he chimed rather... cheerily for this awful freezing weather. "Let's get you some rest c:" Scooping his arms under her he lifted her up (hiding the strain in his weak arms through his smile) and valiantly marched off with her.

Alex's gaze was drawn up to the sky, when the fog began to shift and thicken, shrinking down...
...and then bursting outwards with a terrible force. He raised his arms, crossing them in front of his face as the wave hit him, causing him to stumble, causing him to fall to his knees with the sickening crunch of bone. His teeth were gritted, his eyes were closed, but he couldn't close out the insanity that touched him, for that briefest of moments. It filled him with pain and hurt, it filled him with insecurities and feelings of defeat.
The voices were whispering to him. Useless, they seemed to scream, coward, just a worthless being, a nothing, nothing special at all.
It was true, he had let down his friends when they had needed him, he had not been able to help the one really good friend he had made since coming to the school. He was not brave enough to even face the smallest of flames, because he was nothing more then a pathetic, lowly 16 year old boil who knew absolutely nothing besides the things he had read.
The words continued on, tearing through his fragile mind, the mind that he had once been proud of, but no more. He was so weak.
And then, just as he felt he couldn't take it anymore, the world seemed to explode around him, and he was thrown backwards to the ground, hitting his head hard. His teeth were still gritted, his eyes still squeezed shut...
When he let his eyes flutter open again, he could feel how debilitated his body was, as he struggled to rise. His body, still covered in glitter, was now also pincushioned with shards of glass. His face had been protected by his arms, which was the one and only blessing as he finally managed to sit up and look around, eyes blinking blearily.
He could hear crying, and his eyes found Chuppi, Rain, Shine, and even Mitzi, who had just approached them before the storm of madness struck. His body shuddered, uncontrollably, but that was all.
He began to mechnically pick out the peices and shards of glass that had embedded themselves in his skin, flicking each peice to the ground. He rubbed a hand through his hair, and was awarded with more shards peircing him from there, and he cringed.
He didn't speak though, he couldn't. Not after all that. What could he say? What comforting words could he possibly give? As the voices had told him.
He was useless.

By the time Mitzi had pulled herself together enough to notice her surroundings, many of the other students had stumbled off. After sitting in the snow so long, she was reasonably soaked, and the remaining shreds of her jacket did little to protect her from the cold.
When she tried to rub some warmth back into her arms, she felt something wet, and was a little surprised to find blood on her fingers. At that point the various cuts from the falling glass began to sting, and as her shivering became worse, she forced herself to her feet.
She looked around, recognizing a few of the students she had briefly met, including the zomboil Alex. She almost went over to check on him, but he was pointedly ignoring her, and all of the horrible whispers the fog had put into her mind came back.
Why do you think he attacked you so readily, once he got the chance? And that look he gave you...
She turned away quickly, looking instead for any reference point she could use to find her way back to her room. Between the cold and the long, rough day, she wanted nothing more than to curl up in her nice warm bed, and do her best to forget everything that had happened.
