Aqua smiled at her friends. Clapping delightedly, she bounced, wind-milling an arm. "Yay! Let's go to class now, so we can get messy!" She giggled, grinning brightly.

"Glad to meet you Kyou! Now, Aqua's right, let's get to class so we can make a mess! And pretty pictures!!" she cried happily as she grabbed her bag and slung it onto her shoulder. She figured that Kyou was just being shy because he didn't know her yet. Though she hoped that he'd warm up to her enough to at least smile, or maybe even speak up a bit? Deciding it was to confusing to figure out 'shyness' at the moment, she shrugged it off for a later time.

Avery had finished his lunch long ago, and had spent the rest of the hour period shuttling himself between tables to talk to all the various groups he knew. Being the outgoing kid he was, there wasn't much he wasn't willing to talk about, so he made many acquaintances.

Near the end of the lunch period, he saw Aqua, and a kid he remembered from several months ago... when that kid came and was beating up on Yuki and Ritsu, and making people generally miserable. Uhm.. Kou? No, not quite right... Kyou? That's it! he thought.

So he swerved abruptly off his path, cutting off a couple of older female students who glared at his retreating back, one of the saying something about 'stupid blind idiot kids'. Not that Avery noticed.

He approached the little group, and waved cheerfully. "Hiya Aqua! And... Kyou? How's it going?" he asked, a bit uncertain, but hardly showing it.

Wasn't Kyou, like, cousins with Ritsu, or something? He didn't really remember, but maybe Ri was around here somewhere... unfortunately, the quiet boy was nowhere to be seen, probably hiding in a corner somewhere with his lunch, trying very hard not to be noticed at all.

Avery nodded, and held out his hand to shake. "I'm Avery! And that's a cool nickname! Hey... didn't I meet you once before?" he paused, and thought for a second, his brow furrowing as he tried to remember. It was somewhere he'd gone with Ritsu.. and there was a bear...

"Oh! Bowling! Right?" he exlclaimed.

"Oh yeah! Bowling!!" exclaimed Sammy. Remembering after blinking blankly for a second or two. "That was fun! So what class do you have next Avery?"

Kyou nodded in the typical male fasion. "Hiya Avery. Long time no see" he said in a low but not perticularly cold voice. "Well if you're in the same grade as us, which you are, then your probably coming to art with us." he said nodding.

"Yes come come!" cried Sammy happily. Skipping towards the door and opening for the others to go through. 'Wow! My first day and already I've got some new friends!' she thought with glee. Positively giddy at the mere notion!
