Fluorite appeared at her side, and Howlite grinned briefly at her friend, reaching out to clap the General on the shoulder.
They would defend Metallia together.
At this point, it was even hard to tell what was going on, but the blonde's dark eyes were drawn time, and time again, to the largest energy signatures in the battlefield.

She didn't want to go at first. Her arm wasn't 100 percent yet, but the thought of leaving her fellow senshi and those poor civilians to die made guilt bubble over inside. So she wrapped her wrist in a brace, and ran out onto the battle field, where the giant creature from Hell was screaming at them all. She cringed, taken aback by the sheer size of the thing...
She chose a poor time to do so. Locusts began to swarm her and the others, wings buzzing in an irritating fashion, and she tried to fight them off while they bit at her arms and legs. She shouted and slapped on away.
"Feather Fall Strike!" She said, pointing her arms outward. Five of the locusts went down, but more took their place and she struggled to keep them away, welts growing where the bugs bit at her.

Her head snapped up at Felix's call, and she turned to stare at him, forcing her fingers to uncurl from the fists that had formed at her sides. She'd almost shouted at him, a reaction of the stress, the helpless anger welling up within her, but she bit it back before the syllables could form on her tongue. "Felix," she answered back, shoulders rounding as she looked at him.
She followed his gaze out into the battle field and flinched at two of the bigger piles of rubble, knowing full well what was hidden beneath them. She hadn't given herself a chance to really think about their deaths yet, there had been too much going on, but now a lump was forming in her throat, and she worked to swallow it back down. She didn't have time to mourn for them right now, and yet she seemed to have all the time in the world as she waited for death.
In truth she had mulled over the idea of walking back into that chaos, of just getting it over with, but she couldn't. She wasn't brave enough for that. Too cowardly, too selfish.
A frown curled along her lips, and the flesh between her brows pinched at his somewhat morbid reassurances. "No they won't." She honestly believed that. She couldn't argue with his logic, none of it, not that she had any desire to. His smile did earn him one in return, a very small one. There and gone in the blink of an eye.

Celsus opened his eyes looking down at the girl. "A pleasure to meet you," he said, forcing a grin. "My name is Celsus - I'm a Page of Chronos. Which is, my dear, exactly what you are."
She pushed herself away from him and stood up, clearly wanting to help bat the onslaught of locusts away. Celsus followed, swinging his arms around, attempting to get them away from his face. After a few moments, he turned back to the girl.
"Welcome to the Knights of Chronos."

The clap on the shoulder almost had her lash out in reflex, but - Oh.
Howlie.
Okay.
"Uh... You've seen Alunite ?"
Crap. She'd lost her brother.
She didn't like this.

She felt so much relief at the weight on her leaving, but she continued to fight even as she scrambled to regain her footing noticing the biting had lessen, but she almost didnt make it do her feet as a punch was thrown at her midsection.
He missed, her stomach but caught her coat the fist narrowly missed her side. She stumbled back and but managed to catch herself before she could fall. Her head still ached, but she could thinking about it. No right now she need to keep ignoring the few bugs that swarmed her and deal with the general in front of her.
She charged forward and made an attempt to grab hold off him even though her bleeding shoulder blossomed with another round of fresh pain, making her eyes water. She brought her knee up wanting to pull him down to meet it.
"I hate you," she growled rather loudly. She was terrified in the moment, but so so angry with him that it ran right over the terror.

Valhalla nodded in agreement with both Ganymede and Naica, glad that his friends had the same idea he did. "There's no way we're going to leave you, Pasiphae," he said with a frown at her for even thinking that they would leave her.
"Hell, I'll carry you if I have to. Just let me know, okay?" he requested, his expression serious about carrying her. It wouldn't be any problem for him.
All this fighting and killing was getting a little repetitive. Yeah, he realized that there were crazy people running around and killing everyone they can, but if they kill off everyone who opposes them... then what?
Not that it was entirely their fault. Apparently this crazy youma was doing some of the controlling, but that didn't mean they couldn't at least try to hold themselves back.
Sessrumnir grit his teeth together as locusts swarmed around him, and he swatted at them as best he could. He only had his storm glass, after all. But he figured that the main idea was to stay alive during all this.
(Rolling for Sess's bugs.)

Sailor Nyx flicked her attention to the shield as it seemed to surge in warning and then faded out altogether. Well, it couldn't have lasted forever. The reprieve had done a great deal for the senshi of phantasmagoria, however, as there were scarcely any bugs left biting and she was no longer winded. She had to commend the Negaverse for a good tactic -- just not good enough! Wiping away most of the remaining locusts, Sailor Nyx ran for Pasiphae and her group, whom she had spotted from the safety of the shield. Quicksilver the Archangel

7 Locusts/crazy left. Broken out of berserk.
As she fought with the struggling senshi, another thought surfaced. This was most defiantly not ladylike. And suddenly, as soon as it had come, it had gone. Sugilite blinked, one hand raised and smeared with what was certainly someone's blood. Then, reaching down, she pulled the starseed from the nearly unconscious senshi. That was easy, why had she just been hitting them? Sugilite blinked again, aware that she was covered in cuts and bruises. When had that happened? She quickly absorbed the stolen starseed, feeling energy pull back into her limbs. This time though, it was controlled strength, not berserk rage. She stood up slowly, stiffly. Then she looked down at the locusts around her. Where had they come from?
Taking a step backwards, she spent a moment taking in how the battle had changed since her last clear memory. The Great Youma was definitely looking worse for wear. Frowning slightly, but still feeling surprisingly refreshed, she stepped forward to defend.

Sailor Draconis noticed Sugilite was now busy with a swarm of locusts. Suddenly she was thankful that she had only attracted one locus, not a million like everyone else. Were they defending her? Oh no, that just couldn't be good.
Wait. Wasn't this her chance? Draconis smiled evilly. The bruises and scrapes on her body would be nothing compared to the glorification of her success.
Draconis slid down the hillside she had been occupying, and marched straight over to Sugilite. While the negaverser was distracted with her locus-summoning, Draconis kicked her in the stomach. Hard.
---
She smiled at Celsus. He seemed to have some sort of idea of what was going on. Amongst all the fighting and killing ... it seemed somewhat pleasant and comforting to know that someone had some idea of what was going on.
Knight of Chronos eh? ... So what did that even mean?
Another shout from Felix reminded her what she had been doing before she was attacked by bugs. Right! The Chronos page looked up at Celsus (for he was quite a bit taller than her) and said, "W-We need to go h-help those people!" Maybe Celsus had met them earlier? That was the hope anyways.
Without another word, she dashed over to where Felix and Felicia were fighting bugs. She was actually surprised at how fast she was running. As a civilian, she was horribly slow, and incredibly clumsy. This? This was amazing.
She arrived at the twosome's little corner and said, "A-are you okay Felix?" Layton knew nothing of the glamor, nor of its workings. She expected Felix to respond to her as Felix. Admittedly, she was in a different outfit, but she was still Layton right?

"There," Her blood-flecked hand gestured toward a frenzied senshi of the eclipse, making his way through the crowd. Many were still under the sway of rage, and it looked as if he had not yet regained his mind.

...
"The hell's up with him ?"
Yeah. Ironic, when you thought about it....What had he been doing again ?
Uh... All that blood, ugh...
Hearing his sister's voice in the distance, he simply teleported over. They had a great youma to protect, right ?
Everything felt so foggy...

[Gunn damage: 22] Gunn's triumph was not short-lived. Hephaistos had gotten down to the floor, Scylla wasn't screaming with pain at the fire burning through her--but neither was Leto. Where the hell had the Dark Moon senshi gone? She wanted to rip something to pieces now, she could hear the damned senshi shrieking with laughter. At least the locusts were all gone, having flown into the flames and died in torments. She liked it when enemies died in torments… Someone tackled her about the knees, sent her crashing down and slamming a hand into her chest. She exhaled, harshly, and glared into Leto's red eyes. Now, kneeing someone wasn't exactly kosher fighting. Hits above the belt were best, but honestly, Leto had started it when she'd gone for Gunn's knees. So the senshi of wildfire didn't give a flying <********> about rules and regulations of polite warfare when she brought the point of her knee up to Leto's groin, giving her a hard shove at the shoulders again. ---- Avalon really had to think of a better way to kill these damn bugs than just falling on them, or bumping into a Negaverse combatant. At least mostly their bites had been focused around her wrapped hands, or lower on her body, but nothing incapacitating... yet. She clapped her hands, crushing a locust between them, and finally just slammed a rock down on top of four more of them. Locusts Remaining: 5

Pasiphae was genuinely touched by the words that all of her allies spoke. Yes, she would give her life for any of them to keep them safe, but she had never thought she deserved the same courtesy. Was this what Europa had meant when she said they would never be alone? Was this the true meaning of e pluribus unum, which she had repeated so easily to reassure Ganymede earlier? It was overwhelming, and despite all the carnage, the pain, a small, shy smile couldn't help but appear, "Thank you... all of you." To show her solidarity, Pasiphae gently dislodged herself from the support of the three men around her, still weak but able to stand on her own two feet. She launched a debris volley of her own towards the Great Youma, and her voice maintained its hard edge, though it was directed entirely against their enemy, "Then... let's work together and end this fight... for everyone's sakes. Just... tell me what I can do..." Additional joy came when her friend appeared, and the relief stretched into her voice as she greeted the arriving Senshi, " Nyx... you're okay, Thank god..." Then, just as welcoming (even if it involved more locusts swarming their way), Europa and Babylon approached, and Pasiphae began to do her best to swat at the bugs attacking them. She was glad to see them, but that would have to wait... she had to try and help them first! [ Attack #8 = 17]
