After the potion was drunk it meant that the fight could begin. A smirk was her face then ...as she drew her wings outwards as they stood horizontal of herself.

The Ducklett was the faster of the two as she start like she was going to rush foward as one wing would actually start to glow brightly with power. But, that power would fade long before she took two steps as she open her maw and released a swirl of water as she used Water Gun.

Arlie winced as the claws connected with Kallie's shoulder. The cat Pokemon let out a yowl of pain, stumbled, then righted herself. It looked like she could continue. "Try to Scratch it again!" She called desperately. They needed to deal some serious damage if they were going to win this battle.
Kallie flexed her claws and, upon deciding they could still function, leapt for her enemy, determined to pay him back for the pain he'd dealt her. Purrloin lvl:2/Naughty Hp: 14 9 Pp: 17 Att: 7 Def; 7 Spd: 8 Sp Att: 7 Sp Def: 6 moves: Scratch, Foul Play Exp:0/100

Jace walked into the battle room ready for his first fight with his new pokemon. His motto was stand tall and take the hits they will tire and then is the time to strike. He held the ball that held his new steel type pokemon, his favorite type. He waited for his examner to come out as he watched other trainers fight and win or lose

Through there would be no trainer to materialized ..instead a boom voice would greet him.
"WELCOME," the voice declares mechanically, "to the Battle room." "Please choose whether or not you want to battle or take the tutorials for battle."
The voice declares as it waited for Jace's answer.

Jace wasnt surprised at the sound of the voice he just sighed as he called out to the voice "I am not here to be babied I will take the first option." He tossed his pokeball not waiting for his opponet to let out its pokemon. "Oni stand firm against whatever they throw agaisnt us"

A shimmer to his right and a potion would appear as a shimmer to his left would bring about the appearances of his opponent. Though this time, they would find a fire type pokemon ....as it's eyes smirked darkly. It's tails long as they wave behind her and the Vulpix step to the side waiting for the Klink to drink the potion.

Jace looked at the vulpix and smiled, it was a fire type a true test of his skills as a trainer "Oni drink the poition and stand at the ready" The klink drank the potion in one gulp and looked over at the fire type it would soon face. It took a defensive stance as it knew it was one of the slowest pokemon on the earth

A girl walked in, the way that she moved seem to portray the utter confidence that she felt. Glancing around the area, golden hues flickered over the various battles that were taking place in this room. The walls seemed to portray some of the more violent encounters as she could some sort of slimes and other miscellaneous things oozing on it. Regardless she wasn't one to really care, after all she had her own battles to handle and it looked like this was the place where her first battle would take place. Instead of wondering where her opponent might be, she just waited patiently.
A Charmander stood calmly at her side, eagerly looking around. There wasn't much he could do, but seeing all the other battles seemed to make his excitement level rise. He was ready to prove his own strength as the fire pokemon's gaze flickered all over the room, waiting to see who would come out and face the pair.

The pokemon spit out a bit of flame as she saw her opponent down the drink. This wasn't going to be much of a fight, she could already tell from the stance he took. It wasn't one of an offensive fighter, but one of a defensive battler ..which meant to her that he would be easy to take down.
Thus she would curl upon her lips the embers that she needed as she open her mouth and spew it forth. Ember, she releases as much as she thought she could as she unleash in a single breathe.

Jace smirked, fire a good challange "Oni I want you to dodge that move by throwing yourself up and out of the path of those embers" The klink did as it was told by diging its gears and throwing itself up and out of the path of the embers

Her first attack came out as a fumble as she actually coughs on her own embers. THe smoke coming out of her nose and through her ears as she messed up her attack ...as she starts to cough more and more on her own smoke.
That wasn't right at all ...as she allowed that smoke out of her mouth all at once in the direction of her opponent. No she didn't know smokescreen yet, but she could use what happen by mistake ....as she left the smoke billow outwards to hide herself from the Klink at least for the moment.

She simply produced a large book from what seemed like thin air and began reading it. It seemed to be a fantasy and myth book that covered her entire face from the battle. "Don't move." The girl ordered her Pokemon. Zuru didn't move an inch. He merely lifted his stretchy baggy 'pants' and pulled them up to his chin, ready for the attack.

Jace chuckled as the vulpix choked on its own embers "Ok Oni change in tactics hit it with all you got in a vicegrip" Klink moved in a straight line coming out of the smoke its gears moving apart to grab the fire type in a deadly grip of gears that would shred skin if it hit.
