Romero nodded as he followed María into her dorm. She then sat down heavily on the edge of her bed and seemed to resign herself to telling him the whole story. The Venezuelan nodded sternly and folded his arms, still standing, tapping his foot expectantly. "Claro que sí!" he said. "You could've done far more damage if I hadn't thought of something so quickly. How and when did this all begin? Spare me nothing," Romero ordered.

Romero sighed. He didn't learn very much that could now be considered "new" from María's retelling because she hadn't told him nearly as much as he had wanted to know. Having been sprung with the alarming details of Mexico's condition literally minutes ago, the Venezuelan was disinclined to leave any detail unexplored. Unfortunately for María, that meant Romero wanted a much more exhaustive recount of her more painful experiences.

He gave her a hard and mildly disapproving stare. "Ya sé todo esto," Romero admonished María, "incluyendo el método potencial de recuperarte. If you and I are talking about the same way to break the curse, I just let England know about that. Él ya sabe del demonio, sí? The demon already told me everything you just said when it possessed you. What I want to know is: How and when did you encounter and defeat the demon? When was the first time it emerged? Again: spare nothing."

He remained standing there with his arms folded, breaking his position only when his phone vibrated with Arthur's reply. Romero unlocked the phone and read the text quickly, and after sending a quick reply, turned his attention back to María. "Arthur just invited me to the Mythology Club meeting happening now to give my side of our recent problema. Do you want to come along with me? I think what we just experienced can help you and that group as a whole."

"Will do. I'll head over there when I can, maybe with María too. She's with me now." ~Romero

"A void of love..." Romero repeated thoughtfully. "That does make sense since it seemed to weaken as I shouted encouragement. Pero... Fue tú o el demonio? Were you strengthened by my words, or was the demon weakened by them?"

He frowned at María when she gave him the ultimatum, but he couldn't argue. After all, she had indeed found it tough walking back to her dorm on her own two feet. But their revelation was just as important for Mexico's long-term health as her nap.

"We're going," Romero said decisively. "Information like this can't wait for very long. Come on, María. Arriba!" With that, he picked his Mexican sister up bridal-style and set off.

Luz Maria quickly caught up with her little brother. Once they arrived t the dorm, she pulled out the key and unlocked the door "gracias for helping me out. Why don't you come inside? I can fix us a snack." she said as she went inside.

Luz Maria nodded, she went over to the fridge and pulled out a bottle of Coca Cola. She poured the contents in a glass before handing it to Luis Esteban. "So, how's Romero been treating you? He's not bullying you anymore, is he?" she asked as she was putting everything away.

That was good to hear. In their family, sibling rivalry can get a bit intense, but she was happy to hear that Venezuela has made peace with Argentina. Maybe Mexico should check out what they do someday, but tomorrow she had to prepare things for the party tomorrow. "Que bueno. You two better come to my party, or I will get mad."

Luz Maria understood how important homework was when it came to school life, so she decided to let him go for today "All right. I'll see you tomorrow, hermano. Adios." she waved goodbye to her brother as he headed to the door.
