Upon arriving in math class, Landon had to announce himself once again. “I’m LAATE!!” he cheered, much as Rutilio had done upon entering the office. He did have a partial reason to be happy. After all, he had finally gotten to escape that boring office, and just in time for lunch! Landon fully expected to use that time to figure out how he was going to evade the Gulf State and get his personal bestselling article or movie.

For now, the state flounced into his seat and took out his notebook. He honestly meant to take serious notes, truly did, but his mind was so scatterbrained at the moment that his notes ended up being a jumbled mess that even he would have a hard time decoding.

Florida entered the room after California keeping a careful eye on the younger boy and his notes almost suspiciously. Despite his warning he wasn't sure if he could really trust Landon not to do something stupid. Mr. Hollywood didn't exactly have the best record of respecting another state's privacy. Not that Rutilio himself honestly cared about what was published about him so long as it didn't effect his tourism. In fact, a lot of the seemingly bad publicity Landon had put out there in the past usually just attracted more tourists and curiosity to Florida's cities.

Honestly, Florida was pretty sure if the story got out it would only make him more famous for doing something so daring. It wasn't that bad of an idea, but... Rutilio cringed slightly when he remembered the tears in Georgia's eyes. Great. The Sunshine State almost had a dark cloud of irritation over his head. Why should he care if he made Peaches cry? The b*****d had a habit of outright laughing at him whenever he was suffering! In fact, Rutilio was fairly certain the little brat had it coming for flapping his mouth about what a whore he was. It would serve him right if people started talking behind Christian's back about his sexual habits, too.

... But Rutilio couldn't shake the image of Georgia's tears from his mind. The disgruntled Floridian unhappily folded his arms on his desk to snuggle his face into with a big sulk.

Rutilio peeked up from his arm pillow and blinked at the nation who had addressed hm. He was hesitant a moment while he tried to figure out who this person was and what they wanted. Usually the other states just ignored him when he was sulking and anyone inquiring about his condition was probably just trying to sweet talk him into a favor. Or at least that had been Florida's experience with most of them aside from a select few.

"... I am fine," he reported after a few moments even though his entire aura practically radiated frustration and annoyance. The state only meant to leave it at that, but suddenly his bad mood took over his mouth. "I just have to apologize to a stupid, selfish, bratty, violent, annoying little twerp! Seriously! What is his problem? He always acts hostile towards me then plays the victim when I do anything in return! He should be the one apologizing to ME!" he ranted without warning. "I hope he drowns in his tears!"
