Jay coughed from being choked from her hug, and growled slightly. He wriggled free from her hug, and then cocked his head playfully. He then shrunk himself into a young wolf pup, trying to show off slightly. He sat at her feet, looked up at her, and yapped at her to get her attention.

Jay cocked his head, happily and relieved to know she wasn't going to choke him this time. He then wagged his tail, and licked her playfully. Then he transformed back into a human hugging her back. "Next time go easy on the hugs." he said while chuckling.

Jay laughed at her comment, then said, "It's all good!" he said rubbing the back of his head. "Hey, you know... I could help teach you how to shapeshift, if you wanted." he said kindly offering to teach her. He smiled at her and awaited and answer.

Jay laughed at her question, for it was very typical. "Dusk, what most people don't know is that everyone has the ability to shapeshift, but its just more limited than natural shapeshifters as myself." he explained to her, " You see everyone has a spirit animal. I could teach you to transform into that animal, but that one only." He chuckled a little more and smiled at her.

Jay smiled for he was delighted that she was excited. "Okay, come on." he said urging her inside toward the couch. He sat on the ground and crossed his legs. "Okay, so first what you need to do is find what your spirit animal is." he explained to her. " To do this you just focus, clear your mind, and then you'll find your inner spirit animal, for it will find you in your mind. After you do that, I'll help you with the rest." He smiled at her and waited for her to try.

Jay blushed slightly embarrassed. "Pfffttt! Whatever!" he said laughing. "Okay, since your pretty cocky....I mean confident that its a cat, then all you need to do is focus only on that animal. You have to clear your mind and just concentrate on cat like thoughts. Which again isn't that hard for you." he said raising a brow. "It's a process that takes a while to master, and don't get discouraged if you don't get it at first." He then demonstrated, by closing his eyes, and then transforming into a wolf once again, then transformed back. "Okay now you try." he said urging her to attempt it. He then grabbed a book and sat down on the coach, expecting her to take a while.

Jay chuckled lightly, but just quiet enough so it wouldn't bother her. He peered over his book from time to time, checking on her. "Dusk, you need to completely clear your mind from anything other than cat like thoughts," he said quietly to her, just to remind her. He continued reading his book waiting for her.
