nikki smiled but bitt her lip,though she hadnt been consious for very long over the last few millenia when she was she alway did research in her spare time, she knew that a vampire having a child was quiet rare,never mind having a few,but she kept that to herself, who knew,maybe she could be the first in a century or two to have more that one child"maybe" she said with a smile as she kissed him back.

nikki rolled her eyes and chuckled"vampires have really low birth rates,and i am a vampire...most have one child if they're lucky...im not sure,its probably because their bodies age slowly" she murmured before she kissed the top of his head,unable to reach his lips.

"maybe,im not sure how it works" she said with a smile as she kissed him back before she felt a spike through her heart and her ears picked up on a sound that made her heart jump, yuki was crying. she kissed him once more before she got her dressing gown and walked into her room,her eyes worried.
yuki was sitting up in the cot,strangely intelligent looking,as if she already understood what was happening, she was looking towards a dark black shadow in the room, her eyes tearing up.

"theres something in the shadow...." she said, picking up yuki in her arms as she bared her fangs,she wasnt sure what it was,it was concealled in the darkness.

withing the shadow was an overly large spider with large blood red eyes and nikki and yuki hissed in unison, nikki looked down at yuki in shock before she looked over at kori"thats an eternal reaper spider, i read that this type of spider hunts newborn imortals...thats another reason why there are so few" her grip on yuki tightened as she glared at the spider,waiting for it to make a move.
