If it was a heart attack anyway, wouldn't there be blood leaking out of her mouth? Every picture of a post-heart attack I've seen has had blood leaking out of the victim's mouth...

All the dying children Unless someone drained the body of blood...but that would be pretty difficult to do without leaving a trace of blood somewhere in the crime scene and there would also be signs of where the blood was drained from.

cave_dweller_candy light-kira__god of death MARKS that she found made me believe that there was a vamp. involved, but now that we're rulin' in the possibility of a tazer, a tazer gun can go in the skin, leave no blood, and can possibly kill if it hits just the right spot........ just sayin" :3 Agreed. Btw, It's 11:30 AM here XD japan maybe? ... sorry off subject lol X3 (btw, i mean pm. XP)

Shiori Miko Ok then. Tazer doesn't fit unless Fortune had a heart condition which she likely doesn't because the killer would have to know of this condition and would have to hope that the shock would kill her which is a very unreliable method to commit murder. Moving on. We could use the same killer and motive but for an assault? Maybe he did it, but it wasn't the Chattercop's intent to kill her?

All the dying children Unless someone drained the body of blood...but that would be pretty difficult to do without leaving a trace of blood somewhere in the crime scene and there would also be signs of where the blood was drained from. the draining might have happened somewhere else, then moved back into the office.

This is starting to get pointless.. We have a layout of the offices, great. But. Using a tazer to kill someone is unreliable, and I doubt LMF has a heart condition.
Draining blood does not make sense. They would need time to do that, and it has to be done after she's killed. Meaning, there would be traces of blood somewhere on the scene if they used a method other than stragulation/poisoning.
One possibility is that LMF was killed inbetween the two times the mule passed by her office. At first there was papers on the floor, then LMF walked into her office, was killed. The murderer left. The mule walked by again and saw her lying there. That could explain the discrepancy of her testimony.

Also...this being a HALLOWEEN event the paranormal could be involved...so something seemingly implausible (like blood drain) may be possible. (But so far there's no evidence to say anything paranormal is involved, which means we can't say one way or the other). And if the paranormal is involved I highly doubt it's a vampire since that's waaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaay too obvious.
