(found this minutes after asking about where it was)
Okay, So I was wondering... Can I make my character from a clan that was mentioned in the Shinsetsu clan's history? They were wiped out, according to the clan's history... (so they're kinda also Shinsetsu clan, but a twin/branch clan?)
Here: Long ago, in the northern most reaches of the world, twin clans of powerful yet peaceful peoples rested outside of the grip of war. Almost identical in tradition yet completely different in action- one clan stood out, no shame in their abilities, the other shy, reserved, and unnoticed.
and this part: In what seemed like an instance, the entire clan was obliterated, their land cultivated and made home for the center land’s miners.
-I thought that, this point could just be something like "they were thought to have been obliterated, but one individual escaped and vowed vengeance for her clan. Though, recent generations have forgotten this hatred and have no desires for revenge." -or something like that... and my characters would be the only living members left...
And if not I could just make the character from the Shinsetsu clan... since i think there were open spots for the clan still..?
also wondering if i can make twins. Like, they'd be my two active characters, but I want to make them at the same time and start them off at the same time. Is that okay? or no? (since it says you have to have RPed with your first character for two weeks before making a second character.
Again, if its a no, then for the two weeks he'll be an npc that I will make references to...

You cannot have two rpc's in the same village. Oh, my name is ducky and i'm glad you chose to join shinobi nations. If you have any other questions feel free to contact me.

So I hope I have this right, Genin may learn any combination of techniques from E to B Rank? That includes B Rank jutsu, correct?
EDIT: Also, for Raikyuu, is it absolutely necessary that the user has two swords, or can he / she also perform the jutsu with a pair of daggers or any other dual-wielded weapons?

As written, yes, I will discuss with crew regarding ninjutsu with such limitations.

Situation: I just started as a Genin in Kumo, and was assigned someone as my superior Jounin 2-3 weeks ago. My last RP post was on Wednesday, October 12, and since then I've been waiting for my squad leader/sensei/etc. to reply to me so I can continue. training, and roleplaying altogether.
Question: If he won't reply to my PM's, or post back, what should I do? How long must I wait before I can send in a formal complaint to our Raikage, or whoever I'm supposed to complain to?

Got another one for you guys. Under the d-ranked missions... does every mission you complete award you with 150 AC from the get-go, whether or not it lists bonuses like Ryo / AC (if ac is a bonus)?

@ Apples. Some of them are special in the amount they offer and some dont offer AC and others dont offer Ryo so pay attention to that part ok. But in order for you to get the AC you must complete the mission.
@Omnom If your reffering to DCME then yes I give you permission to leave him and seek out another if you so wish. He is a good rp er but he has a busy personal life so you will have to forgive him on that ok.

Alright, I think I get it now... so whatever d-ranked mission you complete, you will get at least 150 AC, regardless of the bonus(es) -- UNLESS, it states that that particular mission does NOT offer AC / Ryo~

@Duck-man: TAT not even if they're twins? And well, its technically not creating a bloodline... as it already existed... just that they were wiped out. So, I guess I'll make her a Shinsetsu clan member, if I can't have her as a survivor/descendant-of-a-survivor of the other clan mentioned in the Shinsetsu's history.
Also, another question: Should I send in the profile for approval first or the bloodline for approval first?

Oh yeah, after I gain a tomoe, where would I post that? Just in my profile or do I also need to notify someone?

Also, another question: Should I send in the profile for approval first or the bloodline for approval first? Well, the fact is this branch has an established ability that is not defined in the bloodline lists, and as such, one may not utilize it, unless of course, you're kind of a dud, in terms of kekkei genkai. Ha ha. Then one may use the name and claim descent, whether or not you've got the skills to back it up, the way I see it.
'Fraid that twins are gonna have to be separated from a younger age, if you're looking for siblings. Same village = no go. It's a policy that inhibits situations like that, but all the while, it keeps people from making use of two on one situations, where you can herd and corral with one, while prepping for the final shot with the other.
I do believe the general trend is to just do post them about the same time, but if you're going for a bloodline, it's always good to make certain you're in first!
Just make a link on your profile, noting how many tomoe.
