"No." She sighed. "When I talk with demons, I generally wind up killing them, and I don't want to accidentally kill you. I was just curious." She looked at him. "What's it like? Being posessed?" She was a little curious.

Before he could think about it, Alek stepped closer to her and put a friendly arm around Ceri's shoulders.

Ceri was surprised at the sudden touch of his arm. She could smell the vampireness of him. She didn't even think for a second that he might smell the elf in her. Hopefully he didn't.

"I need to feed soon." It was a murmured comment, to himself. "Do you know anyone that doesn't mind giving blood to a vampire?" he asked Ceri. There was generally a group of them in most places, who enjoyed giving blood. They were generally pale and wore scarves to hide the bite marks.
Val nodded, smirking. "Don't worry, your secret's safe with me."

Ceri ducked out of his arms. "I think there is one outside of one of the villages...They live in a compound..." she said. She should've known. She shrugged. "And like I said before, you wouldn't like my blood. Too gamey."

"I have no doubt I wouldn't like your blood," he said, "although that's mostly because I don't share the opinion of the vampire culture at large of blood... I don't like drinking it. I mean, I do because I have to, but if there was something else I could do? I'd do it."
"Hm." Val sighed, looking at him. "Too bad I'm a man. You're kinda cute."

Ceri smiled. "So if you could, you would be a fruit bat...." she said, lookin at him. She started the cast a small spell for a little light. IT was just a small orb that she cast in front of them.

If only to make things even more fun Mala turned over to Rincewind. "Hey! Sorry to interrupt anything, but you joinin' the drinking contest, Rincewind? I'm paying, and it'd be kind of dissappointing if only three of us are going to make morons out of ourselves."

"Something like that," Alek murmured. When the light appeared, he blinked a lot. Then he asked, a little shyly, "When we get there, can I at least kiss you once?"
"I'm a man," Val said again, firmly. There were only a few things she believed with all her heart. One, the all-importance of family. Two, she was a man.
"Alek likes Ce-ri," Angel sang softly. "And Val's totally a chick." She giggled softly.

That made Ceri blush. "Maybe....I'm going to have to think about it." She looked down. She started to mess with the necklace on her neck that nobody noticed she wore. It had the tree of knowledge on a silver chain-a present from her brother before he left.
