 Clou AdweissFeeling safe with Snow, he didn't mind being lifted onto the male's lap, settling there, whilst listening to both him and Jack. His eyes were wide at what they said, Skye could come back from the dead?! !W-where did the Chronosphere come from?" He asked quietly. At the mention of him coming back his facial expression flickered with hope, but at the mention of the book, he looked to the ashes on the floor. "B-but..the book it just.. on its own f-for no reason, it just.." He looked back up to the other two. "H-how do we get him back now?"

Jack continued to explain that the chronosphere had been invented by Albert Einstein a scientist from earth during the second world war and that although it did work it occasionally became unstable with strange side effects and that the book couldn't be held by anyone other than Skye as a safety feature, but because Skye had given it to Clou it could remain with him until someone touched it and that the book would now be either directly with or nearby to Skye. A doctor entered the room for a moment and explained that Skye had been placed into one of their healing vats and that healing time could take months based on his injuries.

Clou AdweissClou couldn't believe technically, that time travel existed.. But.. But that mean't.. He looked to the doctor, before back through the window at Skye, a small smile returning to his face. Clou looked up to Midnight, "But.. He's going to get better then? He's coming back to us? H-he's not dead?I don't care as to how long it takes.. He'll be back?"

Midnight nodded in a matter of factly way and the others once hearing the news made their way out of the room and off to their own quarters everyone apart from Midnight and Jack. Midnight looked down at Clou and smiled softly, "You can spend the night with me tonight." He said and waited outside the room leaving Clou alone with Jack. The White wolf paced the room for a moment as if in thought before looking at Clou and then stepped towards him placing his paws on either shoulder. He then leaned down and kissed the top of the boy's head softly. "I was....mistaken...Skye made a good choice." With that he released Clou and walked out leaving Midnight looking into the room waiting on the blond

Clou AdweissA sigh left him, of pure relief. And with Midnight's offer, he nodded his head whispering out a thank you.. He hadn't slept alone since being abducted, and didn't want to quite frankly. Midnight's offer, had really helped him out. As everyone started to leave, Clou stood up to go as well, only to hear the door shut with a soft click. Looking over to Jack, he felt a little nervous, hoping the man wasn't about to say something cruel like before. Since Clou had been abandoned at birth, and with Rex's family, and now Skye's, he'd never quite felt like he'd belonged. So the man's words from before, had really stung. When the wolf took a step closer, Clou instinctively took a step back, his back meeting the wall as he stared up at the other. Paws meeting his shoulder, and the gentle kiss to his head had him quite surprised, but Jack's words meant more than he knew to the small blonde. He gave him a smile and as he turned to to leave, Clou walked out too, and joined Midnight. "I..I don't think he hates me so much now.." He said quietly, pleased at the somewhat new bond he'd made.

Midnight smiled slightly and walked with Clou to his quarters and opened up the doors, it was slightly smaller than Skye's but was just as luxurious. Midnight was proud of his heritage and had lots of old American Indian styled wall hangings and knick knacks lying around. He walked to his bedroom and rid himself of his uniform much prefering to walk around in the fur in the privacy of his own room. "Ah much better, come on in make yourself at home"

Clou AdweissFollowing him along, they soon reached the quarters, and he stepped inside, the door sliding shut behind him. Clou felt a little at home just because Midnight was also a wolf.. Sure not a white one, but it was similar. He wandered in, looking round some of the artefacts with clear curiosity. He turned only to see Midnght de-robing. He looked down at his own clothes before blushing, not wanting to get any more dirt in the room, he left his boots by the door. "U-umm.. do you have a spare shirt I could borrow..A-and could I take a shower.. I'm kind of filthy and don't want to make a mess.." He mumbled out a little shyly as the other was comfortable without clothes. He pulled off his own shirt, toned upper body not too dirty, but he felt like he was.

Midnight looked over the back of his sofa towards Clou, his raven black fur only making his deep yellow eyes more prominent. he smiled before lifting one of his arms and giving it a quick sniff before wrinkling his own nose. "Eugh, tell you what I could do with one too, come on." Midnight got up off of his couch and made his way through what appeared to be a section of wall except his slipped right through it as though there was nothing even there before he stuck his head out of it to look back at Clou. "You coming or not?" He asked with a smile waiting for the blond to catch up

Clou AdweissLaughing at the black wolf's reaction, he followed. Not really thinking anything of it, in the army barracks most men would shower together. He'd gone skinny dipping with friends before. And he was used to Midnight a little. So he felt comfortable. Following him through the door, into the bathroom, where a shower room was attached, no facet, just water pouring from a few small holes in the ceiling like it was raining. Clou pulled off his shirt, leaving it in the corner, before bending over to pull down his pants and briefs. The shower room was big enough for 4 so, he headed in to the other side, and ran a hand through his hair a few times.

Watching Clou undress Midnight felt an audible murr leave his throat that he tried to disguise with a cough as if clearing his throat but the one thing he couldnt hide no matter what he did was his tail wagging back and forth behind him

Clou AdweissClou ran his hands through his hair again, to let the water soak into soft blonde locks. He ran a hand over his shoulders before turning a little, seeing Midnight, he blushed, like most of the men in Skye's unit, he was well built.. Raising an eye brow at the wagging tail.. "U-umm your tail..is that because you...you're happy?" He asked, innocently too, he had no clue it might mean different types of excitement.

Clou Adweiss--Time Skip-- Clou woke to have a strong black furred limb wrapped tightly round his slender torso. He was lying on Midnight's muscled chest, his own frame small in comparison. Letting out a muffled sound as he awoke, he blinked blearily before moving to sit up, an ache lacing through his lower back and rear, and he let out a whine before slumping back down, nuzzled into the wolf'd warm body. Due to Midnight's differences he was quite worn out, but right now, the boy needed the safety of the other male's arms.. Everything yesterday had taken it out of him, with the news of Skye. The fact that Clou thought he was gone forever.. Relief that he wasn't.. A little guilt swam in his mind, he knew midnight and skye were close.. But there was the idea of being close to the unit, they were like a family.. He hoped that Skye could understand.. In all honesty, Clou hadn't known what had happened, one minute he'd been just giving the wolf a massage, then.. There was a strange thick smell, and his mind fogged, and he just reacted to it.

With a very toothy yawn Midnight opened his eyes and looked down upon his chest and smiled down at Clou before bringing his other arm around the young youth and giving him a strong cuddle and nuzzled him softly before moving to the edge of the bed and looking back at Clou. "You hungry?" He asked getting up and stretching his strong arms out wide before reaching down to touch his footpaws and shook his whole body which made his tail bristle.

Clou AdweissHis slim frame pulled a little closer within the other's hold, he buried his face again to the strong chest, his previous worries melting away for now. As Midnight slipped away the blonde teen pulled the pillow close to his face as he stretched out, still lying on his front, the bed sheet strewn over his hips revealing the very top of his butt and lower back. Arching it in another stretch he blinked back up to the wolf before nodding with a small sleepy smile. "Ah.. Yes, that'd be nice.."

Midnight smiled and walked over to the replicator and brought two plates of pancakes covered in syrup to the table and laid out forks and a pot of coffee before he walked over to the bathroom and licked the mirror then sniffed it and wrinkled up his nose as his ears splayed against his head. "Ewww, I have dog breath." Chuckling slightly to himself at the irony he pulled out a small canister from the drawer under the sink and sprayed into his muzzle and licked his teeth in the mirror with a smile that soon followed. "Ah, much better."
