Rachel nodded, looking at him once more. "I guess you are right, If you want to go get some wine, I won't stop you." she said, she could tell that he was debating it, but he didnt want to scare her, but she told herself she would refuse to let it bother her.

Laren gave her a slightly shocked look before shaking his head lightly. "I'll be fine. I'm not going to get any."
"I still feel bad about it," Mirror sighed wiping the tears away again. "I don't like seeing you upset twice within 24 hours."

Mirror smiled softly before murmuring, "Well I'm still a bit of a child and even after I hatched my mother used to sing me to sleep. I guess it's a force of habit."

Rachel watched him, shrugging slightly. She stood up and moved over to the edge of the balcony, leaning on it and looking out at the perfect moon, the sweet smile spreading across her face once more.

"Thanks," Mirror chuckled guessing that she was imagining him as a little kid. "I'm pretty sure you were cuter and less rebellious than myself. I was a Hellian."
Laren walked over to Rachel and gently wrapped his arms around her stomach while leaning lightly against her shoulder. "Do you enjoy this place?" he asked softly.

Rachel smiled and nodded, melting into his hold on her. "Yes, But it's even better because I get to spend time with you." she said in her sweet way, her eyes roaming over the stars, trying to count them, although she knew it was impossible.

Laren felt her melting into his hold only to lightly kiss the side of her neck. "What will you do if this doesn't work out?" he asked softly as he moved his kiss to her jawbone.
"My parents couldn't control me. I was always in a fight with someone whether or not they were blood related didn't even have a factor in it. Of course I didn't start the fights, but I sure as Hell finished them," Mirror chuckled gently caressing her cheek with his hand. "I've always had a problem with my anger though... If I got mad enough, I would, and still do, get stuck half-dragonized."

Rachel shrugged slightly, smiling softly. "I like to think positive, So I am hoping it does, I really am.." she said, her voice soft and sweet as she spoke to him, her eyes continuing to scan the stars. "Do you..?" she asked, her tone curious, but never losing its sweetness.

Rachel shook her head, her deep brown eyes looking at him, before they moved to the moon. "No, hope it will work.." she said softly, feeling him whisper into her neck made a shift shiver run up her, but it was not of fear. Shrugging it off, she tried counting the stars once more.

Rachel smiled and closed her eyes, letting her muscles relax. "I wouldn't run even if you did scare me, I'd stay strong." she said in her sweet voice, it was hard to believe something so sweet and innocent could stand strong in a time of fear, but she knew she could do it.
