Avery walked into the ice cream shoppe. It was her first day on campus, and she wanted to quietly celebrate being accepted. She got a scoop of vanilla and a scoop of chocolate and took the seat in the corner, taking out her sketchpad to practice her drawings. 'I'll never be able to draw properly' she thought and sighed.

I walked in to the icecream shop, thirsty from the long walk on the way to this so called 'Academy.' I was lost, and needed directions as well. I ordered a vanilla shake and looked around. Maybe that girl knows where it is... "Hey, little girl! Where's Fuyu Academy?" I yelled across the shop. '...Well done, Victor. Well done...' I thought to myself.

"Well, whatever, I just need directions. I have a class to teach, and I don't wanna be late for my first day..."

Ashlein walked into the Ice Cream Shoppe. "Sorry that I took so long, but I just had to buy this necklace," she said, pointing to a long dangling chain she was wearing around her necklace. She sat down next to Avery and ordered a large chocolate ice cream and root beer float. "Maybe next we can buy some things for my dorm room, later when we find out what house and dorm you're staying in, we can go get some things for your room," she said with a smile.

"Ok, if you wish. So have you been around the actual Fuyu Academy grounds before?" Ashlein asked. Just then the waiter had arrived. She thanked the waiter as she put down her float. "I only went to the Courtyard, I haven't even been to my room yet. I had a lot of friends come see me off and they offered to bring my stuff into my room, so I took a quick tour of the courtyard. It is really quite beautiful." She took a spoonful of her float. Her eyes closed in delight. "Ah, this is sooo good!"

"May I taste it?" Ashlien asked. She was a sucker for anything and everything sweet, so her mouth watered only slightly at the sight of the ice cream. "You can taste my root beer float if you wish. I warn you though that it's fairly rich. I had them use chocolate ice cream instead of vanilla and it has chocolate chip sprinkles all over it." She slid the tall glass over to Avery. "And I can get an extra spoon too if you don't want to mix yours with my float."

"Well I like really pretty things so I have a lot of custom made dolls all around my room. My bed covers are white and pink and I have red pillows. I have a dress form too for whenever I want to create new dresses. I have a really big mirror too, for whenever I feel like dressing up. But I feel it may need some more things." She called the waiter over to to the table and asked for another float like she had before. "What about you? I understand you don't have a room yet, but what do you have to put in it now?"

"Not really. I stay in a dorm with three people. The rooms are fairly big, and there's plenty of room even in the shared rooms." The waiter returned with her float. "I am used to living with other people in my room because I sort of let my room back in Okinawa sort of become a safe haven for people that were being bullied or that didn't have anywhere else to go." She took a spoonful of ice cream into her mouth. "And this is why I should take you shopping, Av! We just have to buy you some cute things for your room! We just have too!"
