Sapphire jumped slightly when she heard the jump causing her sketch book to fall on the floor. "Jarlaxle....jarlaxle!" she said softly as she stood and stumbled a little.

Jarlaxle laughed a bit and smiled as he slid out of bed. He walked over to her and wrapped his arms around her, hugging her tight, "I told you I would make it back safe.'

Sapphire smiled and hugged him back just as tight. Teas formed in her eyes. "You did...I was just afrraid I was gonna lose you..." she said softly.

Jarlaxle shook his head and kissed the top of her head, "Of course you didn't lose me. I promised, remember?"

Sapphire smiled and looked up at him, tears running down her cheek. "You did promise me..." she said softly and smiled at him.

Jarlaxle nodded slightly and smiled as he used his thumb to wipe away her tears before softly kissing her lips, "And I would never break a promise."

Sapphire smiled and kissed him back. "Thank you for coming home safe to me..." she said softly and smiled. She knew he would never break his promise...she was just worried.

She smiled and kissed him back. "I am glad you are back...even though I have done said that..." she said softly and smiled.

Jarlaxle laughed a bit and nodded, "I know." He sat down on the couch and sat her down next to him. He wrapped his arms around her waist and smiled as he kissed her again.
