My sword can't cut though people like that, it would cut though the sword and hit their shoulder probably, and shock the hell out of them. Thats the whole point of my sword, thats why im paying 2 chakra points every turn. Your logic says if someone tried to block Zabuza's sword with a kunai, it would block because weapons can't be cut though. I can tell you with 100% accuracy that that rule was only applied to custom weapons, to prevent people from just cutting though other peoples weapons. Then everyone start adding that these weapons can cut though every weapon. What would happen if two weapons that can cut though anything crossed.
There is also a reason why you can have weapons listed as unbreakable, to prevent it from being op. But these rules apply only for customs. Normal weapons are breakable, and can be cut. Unless your fine with if I hit there metal weapon the current travels down their sword to there arm and numbs it
Edit: I mean I can add that it can't cut though people or something. I just mean a regular weapon should not be able to stand up to a custom, that is why it is a custom, that is why we only get like 3 of them. They are special and powerful

It'll only go through about three things before it's attack disperses. Weakness: Katon will annihilate it. Rank dependent. Description: Yamato was found in the ruins of waterfall village, and is now wielded by Kay Otosan. This weapon however, has a totally different function. The blade is extremely lightweight, as it is just a hilt without a blade. The blade is embued with wind and can use the wind around it as a weapon, and for four chakra points it can send a wave of razor sharp wind that will slice through trees, buildings, weapons (not custom), and can concentrate the wind around it into a single blade. It costs two chakra per post to keep the blade up. It also can create a shield of wind that will engate any attack from raiton of fuuton lists at the cost of the rank of the jutsu under sannin rank. S ranks cannot be stopped. E rank- The slash will be able to cut through a tree, or maybe a kunai, and is only about six feet wide. D rank- The slash will be able to cut through a small shack, sword, or possibly a boulder or statue and is 6.5 feet wide. C rank- Could cut through two boulders or a building, and could slash an equal ranked raiton jutsu in half. 7 feet wide. B rank-No real changes made. A rank-Could cut through a solid building with little to no trouble. No length changes. S rank- Could go through a mountain. The slash would extend or.. unextend(?) to fit perfectly with the width of whatever it was cutting through. (Edited bb)

(Edited bb) more detail, how much can it pull, how big is the wind slice, does it get stronger as you rank up, relfecting it not allowed, at most you can just cancel it, also it wouldn't be able to cancel anything, at most other wind jutsu and lightning maybe.

Name of weapon: White Peacock [Dagger form] [Released Form]
Who owns the weapon: Rin Chiroku
Where it was found/Who made it: This sword was something Rin's father obtained on one of his past missions to Kirigakure. He found the sword quite magnificent, and brought it home to hang on the wall, not for fighting. However after her family died Rin took the weapon as her own. She got the blade replaced since before it was quite cheap and easy to break. The sheath and hilt remained since they were originally made with strong material.
The Range of the weapon: About 2 ft.
Weakness: The blade is weak against katon. The more heat it's exposed to the more it begins to get heavy due to the type of metal it's made out of.
Description: At first this weapon was nothing special, but after it came into Rin's possession she made it quite the sword. She replaced the blade with a stronger more durable metal instead of the cheap, easy-to-break metal that it once was. The decoration on the end was added which is actually something of her mothers, and the ropes were replaced.
Rp Sample: Rin gripped the handle of her blade and readied it. Her opponent stood across from her with a windmill shuriken in his hand. They had just begun fighting, but Rin knew the battle would be quick. He was clearly weaker than her and possessed no special weapon of his own. She grinned as he threw the weapon at her. But to her surprise it moved a lot faster then previously predicted. She was able to dodge and deflect it slightly with her katana which was drawn a moment before the man launched his attack. Being caught off guard like that gave the man a chance to strike yet again. He lunged forward and removed a second windmill shuriken off his back where one more rested. Then, without delay he tossed it in her direction. This one was oddly slow compared to the mans last attack. What had slowed him down? But this time Rin knew that letting her guard down again would prove to be a bad idea. She twisted her body around to dodge the proceeding blade then ran forward with her blade behind her.
As expected the man had another trap set. In the short time she took to dodge he'd already prepared a paper bomb. Tossing it at her and jumping out of the way was simple for him, but getting it on her was another story. The girl instead did a split second reaction and blocked it with her blade. The bomb latched itself on to the katana and soon exploded. Rin muttered in hated for the mans quick movements, but she was an assassin after all. Her sword had become slightly heavier due to the fire power of the paper bomb, but nothing that would slow Rin down when she was so set on killing the man. In fact it was then that her moment came. He'd become cocky and stood there waiting to see if she'd come out alive. The girl burst through the remaining cloud of dust caused by the bomb and slashed her sword in a sideways motion. Thanks to her speed and his stupidity, it hit. He began coughing up blood as his eyes grew wide. A disgusted look came across his face as he sank to his knees and looked up at her. It basically showed his thoughts; 'How could someone defeat me? Especially someone like her.' Even if this is not what he was thinking, Rin interpreted it that way and pulled her sword from his chest slowly. "I'll wait till you die fully." the girl muttered and licked the blood off her blade as she waited for his painful death to set in.

This isn't really a custom weapon because the weapon just made of stronger metal. Its like saying it a steel sword and it use to be iron sword. Custom weapons have special powers or something, which this really doesn't so it doesn't need to be approved. But I always love people taking an interests in their weapons history and not just "this is a sword I have" nice job

Also I still feel there not enough detail. The requirement is 10 sentences which you have like 6...you would also probley need a chakra cost increase to the attacks to make them that strong. You could also add if you want extending the blade of the sword for higher chakra cost to make the swings cover large areas. Also you need to apply with what you have the push to be the pull. Like a this rank it can pull a small boulder, but at this rank it can pull a large boulder. The description is also very choppy, I would like to see it clean up and a bit more effort into the weapon as a whole. I feel like im making this weapon not you.

I had a feeling that I did something wrong >_> well I made a few adjustments, so here it is again;
Name of weapon: White Peacock [Dagger Form][Released Form]
Who owns the weapon: Rin Chiroku
Where it was found/Who made it: Her father bought this weapon while visiting Kirigakure for one of his missions. He was told that it was more than a simple dagger, but that's not what interested him. The color and intricate design caught his attention. At first it was simply left on the wall as a decoration but after his death, Rin took it. Of course her depressed mother didn't notice the disappearance of the dagger. The truth was that Rin always had an interest in that weapon since the day her father brought it back. After his death the girl decided to carry it around as a symbol of him, but little did she know that it was much more than it appeared to be.
The Range of the weapon: About 2ft in released form. 10in in sealed form.
Weakness: -2 chakra points to morph the dagger into it's true form and to return it into it's dagger form. Also, when in sealed form it's basically the same as a normal kunai besides it's special design.
Description: While in sealed form the weapon is a simple dagger. Nothing is special about it, it can even be compared to a normal kunai. But at Chunnin rank Rin unlocked it's true potential. By inputting some of the users chakra into the dagger (while sheathed) it can cause it to morph into a large blade made of strong material. Although it isn't indestructible, the weapon is certainly something to look out for. Rin keeps the dagger strapped to her waist.
Rp Sample: The girl walked in a circle around her opponent. He stood in the center with blood running down his arm and dripping onto the snow. Rin had already used a lot of chakra to fight this man, so it would be a bit of an issue to release her sword. But it had to be done in order to win this fight. Of course she wasn't the only one with a problem. Her opponent was quite strong and seemed to have a high chakra reserve. He probably possessed enough chakra to launch at least one more barrage of attacks. So this was it, each person had one more chance to strike. Yet things were still a bit different for Rin. While it would indeed weaken her to release the White Peacock, she could still fight after that. As soon as her opponent finished with his attacks he would be done. It gave her a better chance of winning, but would that really help?
Thinking time was over. The man was already weaving his hands together to form hand signs. Rin pulled the small dagger, sheathe and all, and concentrated. "Take flight White Peacock!" the Jounin called out. Rin could feel her chakra deplete slightly as it entered the blade. Then the transformation occurred. White smoke seemed to emit from the weapon and when the strange cloud diminished, a large blade was left in it's place. It was a powerful blade that was also quite heavy, and took some time for Rin to master. But now she was able to swing it around freely as if a simple stick. However as her move ended, her opponents began. He released a searing ball of flame straight at her. Good thing Rin had quick reflexes, or it might have been quite difficult to dodge. She bolted out of the way and span on her heal. At the same time the girl drew her sword. It's metal shiny brightly as it hit the sun, and then in a flash it was gone. Rin had vanished.
Her enemy stood with a confused expression and cussed to himself. Where had she gone? Yet in a moment Rin appeared behind him. It was now easy to tell that her Anigan was activated and what trait did she chose? The speed of a cat. Sure, there were things out there that were faster, but it was quite difficult to catch a glimpse of such animals. So combining her own speed and the animals speed proved to be quite formidable despite not being the strongest thing she could do. The man only had a moment to react, yet this moment was still not enough. Rin stabbed her blade through his chest and giggled as blood spurted out and hit her face. She thanked him for the fight before letting the blade return to it's dagger form and collapsing. Rin was exhausted, so resting at that very spot is something that she was waiting for.

The Range of the weapon: katana length (in blade mode) to about 40 meters if the attack just flies straight over an open space with no resistance. It'll only go through about three things before it's attack disperses. When extended, the blade is nodachi length.
Weakness: Katon will annihilate it. High cost potential. Cannot make two moves 'ability uses' in a post. (Meaning no slash and pull attacks in one single post.)
Description: Yamato was found in the ruins of waterfall village, and is now wielded by Kay Otosan. This weapon however, has a totally different function than what a typical sword will have. As a weapon without a tangible blade, this is an extremely lightweight weapon. The hilt can take the air around it and condense it into a blade made completely of a steady stream of wind. It costs two chakra per post to keep the Weapon in blade mode.
It can slash the air and send a wave of condensed chakra that could easily tear through a tree, boulder, a weapon, though not customs, and possibly small, poorly built structures. It has the potential to cut through harder material for an added chakra cost. It is only six feet wide, and will travel fourty meters for effectiveness.
For the normal cost, which is 4 chakra points the above will hold true as for effects. Adding two points (6 chakra points) will allow it to go through C ranked defensive and jutsu. Adding four points (8 chakra points) will allow it to penetrate B ranked defenses techniques. For six points (10), it can penetrate A ranked. The slash, after penetrating, will be dangerous to anything behind it, as it will have to potential to slash them for one rank below the cost you paid for the technique (meaning paying ten chakra points will give you a b ranked offensive slash and so on.) The slash can only penetrate one defensive jutsu, and if it connects then it will be useless against another defensive jutsu.
In addition to this, the weapon can be used to get enemies in close range of the user quickly for a second attack. The user will hold the weapon out and feed the necessary chakra into the weapon. The blade will begin to suck in air and anything in the tunnel of air will be forcefully pulled towards the user. It is easy to see coming though, and costs four chakra points to use it consecutively per post. It will pull anything not rooted to the ground solidly, and leave an enemy open for attack.
Note that this technique is useable with the wind blade active, as is the slash.
Speaking of the blade, it is fully capable of clashing with swords and weapons, and is capable of extending it's length for a post for four chakra points. The range is explained above. While extended the two techniques above are unuseable.
