Kazu allowed his mother to embrace him, but still, held back his tears. He glanced over at the kids, and unwound himself from his mother's arms. He slowly walked over to the crib, and peered into it, a passive and thoughtful look on his face. For awhile, he did nothing but watch them play with the slug. Then, cutting through the silence that had ensued, he spoke. "I'm not staying, Mother." It was said in a dull tone, as if the words had been rehearsed. It was true though, Kazu couldn't stay, he needed to head out and make friends, better himself, and help others, so that something like this never arose again. Kazu reeled back a bit at the random blast of chakra. "Strong little ones eh? Gonna need to be for the world out there." For a moment, his grip on the side of the crib tightened, to the point where it creaked. Kazu had seen alot someone at his age shouldn't have had to.

Sana Okazi Sannin - Slug Sage - Medical Master - Hakubi's Legacy Sana's eyes looked rejected, but understood that her son couldn't stay..I understand, I wish you safety and happiness..She widened her eyes when a blast of chakra exploded the roof, she blinked and sweatdropped..Oh boy..She looked down, then felt a change in her son's chakra, he seemed tense.
Katsuyu shreiked when the blast of star chakra almost fried her to a delicacy of slug. She slithered over to the side of the crib..Kakkun, please help! I'm gonna die! She was over reacting, but it felt as such.
Masumi laughed happily at the blast, then at the reaction of Katsuyu. She kicked her little feet and pressed her little hand up in the air, a small ball of purple chakra formed in the palm of her hand, then released upwards to where the hole in the ceiling was. Then it exploded in mid air. She clapped happily.

Kazuki could hear the hurt in her voice, and was happy she did not try and tether him down. He wanted to be able to make friends everywhere, so that way, they'd be able to crush anyone who could harm others easily. He reached his hand into his satchel, and pulled out the letter. "I'd ask Qastor if I could use his bathroom, but...he doesn't exactly seem in the shape to O.K. my questions, so I'm going to go ahead and use it." Kazu headed into the bathroom, and went through the motions of cleaning himself up. Afterward, he pulled a spare of clothes out of his bag, and quickly threw them on. Afterward, went the generic shinobi-standard shoes. Now, he was ready. Before he left, Kazu grabbed the letter from his father. Most of it was to him, so he tore off the part that was to his mom. Kazu quickly scrawled three words on it, and headed out, the torn note in hand. He walked over to his mother, and knelt down by her bedside. "I'm going now, I don't exactly know where. You need to promise me something mom. Don't miss me. I'll be around, but I can't be worrying about you worrying yourself senseless! You need ta be nice and strong and raise up my little brother and sister. But make sure they know I exist. I don't exactly know how often I'll visit...all depends on my training..." He lapsed into a silence, and 'stealthily' placed the note on the bedside. He walked over to Masumi and Kuroi, and leaned over to them. "Grow up big and strong alright? Come find me when yer older, and I'll teach ya some cool tricks!" Kazu mussed their hair, and left his old wooden kunai on the railing of the crib before turning to the sleeping Qastor. He knelt down, and moved close to his ear. "Ya better take care of them, fer me and fer my dad. If ya don't, I'll kick yer but myself." Kazuki was even talking like his father now. So this was the goodbye, he reached into his pocket and opened up a lollipop, putting it in his mouth before heading towards the door. "G'bye Mom, take care!" Kazu headed out the door, tears streaming down his face.
The torn note read:
You want the sword, you want the training. If you're anything like me, you'll want to know where I am right now. Before I can get into any of that, I need to tell you something, and only now can I do so... I'm sorry. I'm sorry for everything that happened. I'm sorry I wasn't the father you deserved. I knew Tenichi was slowly changing. I had to prepare for it. If I could get to him before the night of the Blood Moon, then all of what was bound to happen would have been stopped. I was too late. I knew what was going to happen next, and I didn't want to get either Qastor or Sana involved... I made up some horrible stuff, stuff that haunted my nightmares days after. If you can tell her, tell her... Tell her that I'm sorry for everything that was said. Ever since the first day we met, I've been in love with her, but I've always been a third wheel in her life. She probably won't have to worry about that anymore; Qastor will take care of her better than I ever could. And Kaz, one last thing: if Qastor starts acting like a fool, kick him in the a** for me.
That was the part that was written by his Father, Akito Shishigami. The last part was three quickly written words:
We love you.

Sana Okazi Sannin - Slug Sage - Medical Master - Hakubi's Legacy Sana watched him leave and she sniffed softly, then pulled out her bag..Kazuki! She tossed him a scroll that included a technique from offensive medical jutsu that Hakubi had given her, she smiled at him..I love you my son, I will keep my promise! She waved him off, then looked to her bedside. She blinked her eyes and took the letter off and scanned her eyes through every letter traced with love. She saw the last three words and her eyes filled with emotion and unshed tears, she cried..We love you..She sniffed softly and held the letter to her heart, she was so torn right now, but she would recover..Akito..She whispered softly, her last memories of Akito slowly enveloped her mind. (The technique is in Sana's profile, it's under customs.)

Kuroi clapped gleefully as he cood and grabbed his sisters hands playfully, rolling around in the crib.
Kakun barked with laughter,"Ah you'll be fine... not but a scratch on ya." He leaned over the cribs edge and eyed them,"Aint that right ya little... Oh s**t!" Kakun flung himself back over the edge as Masumi nearly shot his head off,"Damn nasty buggers...."

Masumi laughed hysterically, then held onto her brother. They seemed so happy together, the mixture of aura these two gave off was intoxicating. She pressed her nose to Kuroi's nose and smiled happily, seemingly the close contact was funny.
Katsuyu laughed happily when Kakkun was shot at..Aha! Just a scratch eh? Not so funny when it's happening to you, is it? She gave a cheeky smile, her eyes dazzling with amuzement.

Watari arrived outside of the family's home bearing no evil intent. He simply wished to offer his condolences to those that had lost a lot. He brought a scroll that contained a pleasant surprise for the two if they were awake. He placed his ear to the door and heard the sound of the young ones laughing. he assumed it was safe to knock for feared to wake them. He gave a soft yet solid knock to notify either Sana or Qastor of his arrival.

Sana Okazi Sannin - Slug Sage - Medical Master - Hakubi's Legacy Sana looked at the door and got up slowly, completely ignoring Kakkun's protests to keep her on bed. She limped to the door, her shattered leg wobbling. The pain didn't bother her, she was basically immune to pain. Her bloody, cut, bruised, and gashed body looked painful and very sour to the eyes. She opened the door and looked at the young boy she had seen earlier, she smiled brightly..Hello! She seemed happy, but her sadness hid beneath her eyes. She slowly wobbled out of the way and allowed him entrance, she heaved her breath in sharply, her broken ribs still pained her.

Watari stepped inside and greeted Sana pleasantly. He bowed his head and upon rising got a thorough look at her body. Granted she was a beautiful woman but she looked horrible, way worse than Watari could have imagined. "Sana....I'm sorry. I was there and I ....I feel like I could have done more." He took note of how difficult it seemed to be for her to maneuver. He did something he may regret later but it was for a good reason. He walked over and picked her up gently. She was lighter than air it seemed.
"Come here let me help." he said softly as he scooped her up in his arms. He walked over and placed her down on the bed gently next to her husband. "There we go much better." he said smiling beneath his mask. He removed the scroll from his vest and made a single handsign. A large vase poofed full of a gorgeous display of flowers for the two to get better soon. He placed the vase on the night stand and turned to Sana. "I'm sorry for your loss Sana....I can't imagine what you're going through." he trailed off for a moment. Even in her injured state she still retained her beauty, a feat difficult to find in a woman. He sat in a chair close to her bedside as it appeared Qastor was sound asleep.

Sana Okazi Sannin - Slug Sage - Medical Master - Hakubi's Legacy Sana smiled warmly at the boy, shaking her head as if to say it was okay. When he picked her up and blushed a bit and attempted to hold on, she looked at his mask and smiled more. She looked over at her husband when she was set down and she smiled, Qastor was cute when he was sleeping..It's okay..She looked over at the boy again, only to see beautiful flowers. She blushed a bit at the extravagance of the colors, then saw him gazing at her and her blush brightened..It'll be okay, Seseni-Chan.. She.. She was a wonderful child, although I only knew her for a short time. I wish I couldve seen her grow into the beautiful woman Sayra was..Sayra, Seseni and Sotaru's mother. She cringed a bit, her chest was hurting her only slightly. She bit on her lip and looked back at the boy, her lush lips curling into another smile..Thank you for coming here, I'm sure Qastor would be happy to see you..She looked at him with her heredity silver eyes, she was glad to see a face that didn't offer hostility. Masumi cooed softly, someone was there, wasn't there? She looked at her brother and seemed to speak with him without words, telling him of the presence of some male she felt in the room.

Watari held a slight blush himself but thankfully his mask helped veil it from Sana's view. Not that some wouldn't slip through for her to see. He found her cute when she blushed, it brought about a sort of innocence he found cute in women. "I can't imagine how Sotaru must feel...or Qastor for that matter. I wish I could've fought with them but I too was attacked by a high ranking soldier who used an odd form of oil based jutsu." Watari shook his head a bit. Surely Sana didn't want to hear more talk of battle. It was a rather uncomfortable thought and he came to comfort whoever was awake in this case Sana. "I'm sorry, I didn't mean to bring up more fighting." he said closing his only visible eye for a moment. When it opened he gazed into her silver eyes and smiled. "Qastor knows I would've followed him into Hell if he needed me as I would for you too Sana." he then had a thought cross his mind that he noticed when he first arrived here. The only other ones here were the infant children. He turned back and faced Masumi who cooed when he entered. "Well hello there sweetheart." he said kindly waving towards the crib. "Sana, if I'm not intruding I'll stay here to watch over you two. Surely there are world powers that know you're weakened. I don't want to take the chance of you getting more injured or maybe worse...." he said. Hopefully she would see this as the sweet gesture it was and not as a flirtatious excuse to stay around her. he smiled again with a pink tint in his face. "I'll defend you till my last breath."

Sana Okazi Sannin - Slug Sage - Medical Master - Hakubi's Legacy Sana smiled warmly, her cheeks brightening as she heard his declaration of safety. She didn't know why he wished to protect her, she didn't really do anything to deserve it..I'm okay, just a few bumps and scrapes..She giggled nervously, though her description of her wounds were an understatement. She ran a hand through her dirty hair and she breathed deeply, her chakra was slowly restoring. She wondered if it was a good time to try and use what chakra she had to heal herself a bit, but decided against it..Beside Qastor, I'm sure I heal quicker than him..She sweatdropped, not really noticing that she was rambling for random things to talk about.Masumi cooed softly at the male who called out to her, her violet eyes seemed to dazzle almost. Things that adults did were so funny.

Watari shook his head about. He knew her wounds were much worse. He could tell simply from lifting her up when he arrived, which he sort of enjoyed. He wasn't going to lie to himself. "Sorry Sana but I feel my place is here to defend those who circumstantially can't defend themselves. I really don't think you or Qastor are in any shape to fight, God forbid." he said chuckling slightly. He smiled at her warmly from beneath the mask.

Sana Okazi Sannin - Slug Sage - Medical Master - Hakubi's Legacy Sana looked at his mask and reached her hand out and unlached the mask, she removed it and looked upon his face. She smiled happily, her eyes and face lighting up immediatly..You have a wonderful smile, you should show it more often. She giggled softly, then set the mask upon his lap, her silver eyes looking full of happiness, though her sadness hide well behind her chrome orbs. She felt her chakra reach a mid point and she ran her light blue chakra along her wounds, they disappeared as if never there at all..I'm slowly recovering, my son helped me recover some of that..She softened her eyes at the memory of her young son growing up so quickly, Kazuki..

Watari paused as she unlatched the mask, his face now exposed for the first time in ages. Similar to Kakashi, nobody had ever seen his face, even the Hokage. It was odd because he didn't stop her, he felt like he didn't want to stop her. Pink began to overtake his now unveiled face, this was the first woman who had ever seen it. He chuckled as well finding a strange happiness when he was around Sana. "Well....thank you." he said smiling some more. She was also the first to complement his facial features as well. "Although I think yours is much nicer than mine." he said reaching up and removing his headband also. His sharingan lit up from beneath the headband. He figured if she had already seen his face why not let her see it in it's entirety?
He set the headband next to the mask on his lap and watched her heal her wounds. The deep red that was his implanted eye could tell her chakra had improved but was still a ways off it seemed. He felt the urge to say something he may regret. "That's good to know your son is helping you to a swift recovery." he trailed off before finally saying what he wanted to. "You know, you're the only living soul who's seen my face?" he said smiling and turning a bit pink again. He remained alert but in the moment also. It was good that the sharingan showed itself. It would help alert of any incoming dangers that lurk.
