Well it really just depends O:
Sometimes when he is happy he goes about destroying stuff in glee.
Other times he does not cause of his good mood.
When Lord P is depressed he doesn't have the motivation to destroy.
Other times he destroys to become happy again and such.
Really...
Its just destruction all around.
