Tell him there's nothing more attractive than a boy who knows his way around his religion, and who takes it seriously. Well, it probably means guys are actually serious about something, thus they'd probably take a relationship more seriously. That and it'd be easier to be in a relationship if you knew you could actually end up having similar religious beliefs. 3nodding

Maybe you could add the fact that being seriously religious causes the person to adopt a good ethics (in Judaism those would be the "thirteen Midot of G-d").
