Axel looks at the man, dumbstruck. "That mask... I know that mask, I fought him with that mask. WHERE did YOU get that MASK!?" I look at Axel, then back at him. "That mask belonged to a guy named Drako, and yes, knowing Drako, he would be the kind to get sucked into his own mask..." He snickers. "God, good ol' Drako. I wish he were here now... I need to talk to him." I watch him with a side smirk.

"Drako!" Axel smiles, then gets serious. "I need to know, are these young ones like us back when? Because... I have been thinking, and it is shaping up that way. And... Jairn, if Jacques said right, let him, what is going on is way over your head." He silences for a moment. "Drako... None of us, not even Helena, is in the right frame to save the world like old days, its... We just can't. I guess the most we can do is help guide these guys. Though, Jacques here, there is, I feel something. As if he is... the one to take my place.... I do, I can't explain it. I felt it since when I helped him escape, it seems that it is so... I was wondering, do you feel the same coming from him, you have always been better at that then me, feeling people out before anything happens."

Helena was troubled; more for the fact that this new group was left to fend for themselves without knowing what was going on then for the fact that she had finally gotten out of her house and was going to have to go back lest she interfere.
She still wanted to help in some way, she saw Kahlan and the Drow still dazed a little ways off. Ah, I see what I can do now.

Kahlan snapped out of her confusion by Helena who was beckoning her to come and speak with her.
"I'll be right back.." She told Jarlaxel, then stood and followed Helena.
"Okay I'm about to tell you the simple version of a very confusing truth." Helena checked to make sure Kahlan was ready and went on.
"Prior to your living in Dresden and possibly prior to your being born a bunch of us lived here, I was never really apart of this but apparently I could mess things up by sticking around too, anyway a group such as yourself protected and fought for the city and well much of the surrounding area. You and the others are now becoming that group."
Kahlan looked skeptical but let her continue,
"I will be honest even I don't know what you will face, but I do have much experience in life, and while I know much of my knowledge and life experience will be of no use to you, I hope some of it will."
She paused again, taking a deep breath and reaching a hand towards Kahlan's forehead. Kahlan moved backwards, "Whoa! What are you doing?"
"Helping you, just stand still, and..well no matter you should be fine."
Kahlan was weary but did as she was told, Helena placed a hand on her forehead and suddenly Kahlan's mind filled with images, it was moving to fast through her head, a life compressed into an hour. Her head was hurting, all of this knowledge wasn't meant to come so quickly. Then it was done.
She opened her eyes to see the sky, When did I get on the ground...
Jarlaxel was next to her, it was already dark. Helena was gone, but all of her memories remained, her battles, her life. What a crazy woman, why did she give me all of that.. Kahlan was tired and in no time she had fallen back asleep.

Helena watched from her spot next to Axel, he still had things to do before he could come to her, her job was done.
"I will see you at home, come as quickly as you can." She kissed him, and ran a hand down his chest as a 'see you soon' gesture, then stepped into a portal to her home.

"Way more than awkward." I mumbled. "So. . .any idea who those people were?" I rubbed the back of my head and started mumbling under my breath about Eryndlyn, my home. " I wonder how my life would be if i hadn't been banished. . . If just one small thing didn't happen. . ." I was fumbling around with one of my daggers, polishing it and looking it over.

"Awww thats cute. But no seriously those two people where Axel and Helena. Well so says Drako. Hey! Shut up jerk!" Hehe you soooo like her! No I don't you JERK! This relationship is strictly proffesional! the only response was laughter....jerk.

She felt something against her arm, and woke suddenly. She looked down,"What??" She pushed away from him and sat up, scooting even further away and blushing.
"What..er..what are you doing doing?"
She looked up from the ground and saw the mask, "And what is that?!"

My face turned slightly red when Kahlan woke up "well uh. . .. You did it in your sleep." I knew it would seem like a blatant lie. I looked over to Jairn. " And you sound uh. . . well messed up a bit. . . Your talking to yourself a lot. I think you should see a doctor about that."

"Holy crap! I'm sorry! I don't know what just happened!?" Shut up fool! I used some of my magics through the mask! I can't manage anything bigger than a tiny one minute mind warp but I had to do it! No one can learn im here no one!" "a*****e!" Wait that was out loud....."Umm.....we wheren't talking about anything in particular....I was just asking what you two have been up to."
