Triple Homicide Shadow7983 CrossFire43 Shadow7983 Soultrain Soultrain Tony Stewart for PoconoCRAP! Jeff Gordon for Pocono! I think I posted 10 seconds after Shadow did. Well, he beat me to it, so I changed my pick to Jeff. that what triple did to me last week. He picked tony stewart 15 seconds before i did. Why not have a one minute or five minute cap....you can only post your pick 1 or 5 minutes after the previous post.we could do that, but it would be the same with people waiting until the first chance to pick. It's a good thing because it's competitive but it's not good when you have to rush to beat everyone else each week.I don't think it would be a good idea changing anything until we find something that would really work. I was thinking maybe we could pick 2 drivers each week, one A rank driver(19th or better in points) and 1 B rank driver(20th or lower in points) but that would mess up the stats with the last 2 and a half years. But have it where nobody can pick the same two drivers in a given week. The only real problem is it would mess everything up statistically and points wise from all the past. I've got some ideas, and within the next month or so I'm gonna try to iron out a plan for picking drivers next year. I say use Homestead as our test session... whatever plan is decided to use...lets use it in the final race... then we can analyze it over the off season and decide if we should use it for 10.

I dissagree. because, could depict the out come of the chase. 35 races under the same rule that one race could out due the entire chase. so if we were to do that. richmond.? i like how it is. it is very fair. u got the pick time so why handi cap people.

I lost interest in the Yahoo.com Nascar fantasy league because it was so complex. A drivers, B drivers, C drivers, limited times you could pick a driver. gonk I like NAMG because it is so simple.

The only rule I can think to change for next season is the pick time. Tuesday has been fine, but really it's so early in the week that we can't even take into account practice times, qualifying efforts, back up cars, that sort of thing. I'm thinking maybe thursday evening starting next season. I know sometimes the first come serve rule can get a little frustrating for everyone waiting with their finger on the button the second we're allowed to make picks, but like Soultrain said, it's simple, and people keep coming back.
Hell_boltz also mentioned, you have to be quick, smart, and beat the compitition...isn't that what NASCAR is all about once the green flag flies too?
That's just my thoughts on it.

This will let us make more informed picks, and have some other drivers get picked instead of the usual suspects week after week.

I think it should be wednesday night, it's a compromise between tuesday and thursday. Maybe we could have it where anyone who has a finish of 30th or worse picks before pick time with worst getting the pick on monday pick as it's been. anyone else with a bad finish picks after the monday pick.
