Heh, nevermind, it granted it on the next account. Maybe I accidentally already granted it to Bill earlier? *Shrugs*
Make sure to click the announcement on every account even if you have the links in another tab, or the bubble will linger and haunt you... XD

I'm using the two clicks I need to have the guild announcement bubble pop up to get to my account settings, in order to make sure I have my word and image filters set to SHOW ME T3H PORNZ. <3
