She keeps being all romantic against our 2 favorte love-boys, and is that ''pretty-girl-can't-do-anything-for-herself-and-has-to-be-rescued'' type of girl! scream Oh, I hate her BEYOND words! stressed Oh, and the ending of the game was almost ruined because Riku, in a moment of madness, said ''Take care of her!'' Aarghh! gonk If she wouldn't exist, he would've said ''I Love You,'' to Sora! She ruins everything... *get's nervous breakdown* Oh, I want to tear that pretty little head of her body twisted Sorry, but I think you're being a bit irrational. Not to mention you're letting your personal opinions affect your judgement. stupid? Yeah, I suppose. She certainly isn't the most intellegent person, or she wouldn't be such a damsel in distress. But hateful? b****? No. It may seem that way because of the "dock" scene where she asks to leave Riku. But if you think about it, it's what any girl with her age would think. She's young, she's pretty immature, and she's only thinking about her so-far unrequited crush. People are, by nature, very self-centered. Generally speaking, we only learn to think on a "common good" level with age and experience--which none of the character have yet; not even Sora or Riku. In fact, that's why the island is destroyed in the first place, because Riku was only thinking of his own desperation, not of the consequences of his actions. So go ahead and insult her, just keep in mind that you're actually insulting your fave bishies as well, because the fact is that all of them share the same flaws at the beginning. Of course I know that I'm insulting Riku and Sora too. And, yes, I let my personal opinions affect my judgement. But, I can't help myself. I can't get myself to respect her, how much I even try. I look at the characters as real persons, real humans, and I myself would never forgive a person who tried to break 2 of my friends up, so, alas I can't forgive Kairi. There, that's more like it! Congratulations, I now respect your opinion because you've proven capable of presenting it in a mature fashion.

shes soooo immature and her laugh does suck. she can't even swing a sword properly. namines better looking than her!!! Riku and Sora belong together

I agree with everything that have been said D<
Kairi is a pathetic character that disney forced into the game to make it not look too obvious that Riku and Sora love each other heart
Just imagine the game without her. Everybody would know rolleyes

What I mean is...
I don't see the point in hating her.
It's a frickin' video game.
I see no point in disliking a character just because he/she has an annoying voice or ruins a "yaoi pairing" that only exists in some parts of the fandom.

Kairi just bothers me because I CAN'T understand her! She is just there for the purpose of being there, nothing more. She has no real personality; she's just the "OMG, like, I've been kidnapped!" character.
...In other news, did you see her Keyblade? Or is that thing even worth calling a Keyblade? I mean, it's covered in flowers. It's almost like Marluxia made it or something.

OMFG you guys will never beleve this!
I made a whole set of every one from kingdom hearts (yes EVERYONE! even eeyore!) your like eek i know........ (obsessive fan)
[ no you cant have them!]
my sister has a remote controll boat so i put riku and sora in the boat
and we taped kairi to a little kairi ski in a line of yarn tied to the boat (it came with the boeat so it was really cool!)
so we drove around our pool and she stayed up for about 30 seconds (oh she skied all right, just like a rock!) and then the motor of the boat tangles her up in the blades (i laughed my arse off!)
to say the least i had a good day.
p.s I MADE ALL THE PLUSHIES BY HAND, BY ME! I AMDE THEM A HOUSE TO LIVE IN TO! I MADE A TINY NEUCE WHERE KAIRI HANGS IN THE CLOSET!
AHAHAAHH!

Ok anyways guys here is what I think of Kairi.......
1. She's JUST a character so try not to hate her too much, cause then that's a little weird.....
2. DON"T hate the woman who does her voice, she just gets paid to do it!!
3. I don't think Kairi is a slut or an evil witch
4. YES! She DOES ruin things between Sora and Riku and they would be better off with her not there!
5. I am a RABID I HATE Kairi fan but I'm trying to give her some credit u know?
6. I was so damn pissed when throughout the games she didn't seem to care about where RIKU was!!.What kind of friend is that?
7. But I WILL give her some credit, I think by the time the second game....*technically 3rd* came out Kairi had matured and finally realised that Riku and Sora belonged together!
8. Why u ask? Because didn't she stop Sora from leaving and told him to hold Ansem's *Riku's* hand? So it was really HER that allowed them to be together!...*go her!*
9. It is SOOO obvious that Sora loves Riku! I mean he NEVER stops looking for him and WHEN he finds him he CRIES!!!.....He CAN"T even stand up he's so over joyed!!....*It's Obviouse Riku loved Sora from the start...Sora loved Kairi from the start but eventually ended up loving Riku!*
10. And last it pains me to say this my fellow yaoi lovers...Sora and Riku will.....NEVER I repeat NEVER get together!!! And do u know why? Because it is a Rated E game!!! AND There is NO WAT in hell that Disney will allow THEIR characters to be in a gay supporting game! So yeah that sucks...but on a brighter note they CAN give HINTS which is what they have been doing, atleast in MY opinion.
........And that's about ALL I have to say! 3nodding

I never really got her role, like what? Be the helpless female who needs the super hot/cute hero to save her from a doom she can't escape by herself? I dislike characters like that alot. But its like they made Sora and Riku for each other. I'm sure they knew that how close they were seemed alittle..'gay' no? But anyways...Booo...Hatess...though I did like how she kinda grew-up in KH2 but she's still the anti-S/R person thingy! *hisses* (thats so crazy fangirl/boy) sweatdrop gonk
