Bio, there are so many possibilities for who could get the next available crew member status. Vankala gets my vote too, but there are others.

Here's the problem, I'm not sure when we'll need to get new crew members, so I'd rather not get anyone thinking, 'I'll be able to get the part' or get their hopes up. It's always a bad idea to mention some things before it becomes certain.

Well, I know there's 2 crew members that haven't been active for like half a year, and at least one more who's only active occasionally.
