Maximum the Zinc hey mega thanks for driving away a chance at an active member... ....i have strong feelings against chidori....and the entire technique wasnt on the list which is probably what i should have said in the first place....my mistake and a sincere apology to you elise_randomness.

i think they were already added in the show but i think we should just abolish chidori and rasengan they are to tough to deal with....

@ mega - thats not fair, what about the people who already have it? can we make limitations like noone else can just start with it, and the only way to learn it is to be taught by someone who knows it and only at a certain rank?
You can begin any time you wish, all your paperwork is in order if you want to look at it that way, you are as free as a bird, enjoy the guild...

i actually dont think anyone has it...maybe an event to let one person have each? but yah i just cant stand them and idk if thats just my opinion but its making my life more difficult when it comes to approving profiles...
