"Good idea." Ian said, turning to Virgil.
"We need all the supplies we can get, and a plan." he added.
He turned to Kaz and Missy.
"What where you guys thinkin' about?" he asked casually. "Saw you guys looking at each other for a bit...bit of mental chatter?" he added.

"Mental chatter? I'm confused." Pandora said simply. She had never really heard of such a thing being possible in real life. She looked at the others, hopeful for an explanation.

"I'll drop them off at the lot, then if someone decides against getting a car, I'll bring them back. While they're 'shopping', I'll go get a bite to eat." He turned and started down the street, then stopped. "You wanted Lithil to ride with you?" He turned around and gently scooped her up with one of his paws and sat her in the Jeep. He looked at her for a moment, then turned again. He looked back at them. "Be careful, okay you guys?"

"A few of us..." Ian started, indicating Virgil and Kaz. "Have an...ability...for example, you can heal. Orex can transform. So can Lithil. I can control light. Missy can control the elements. Kaz and Virgil have an ability to talk and understand people through their minds." he explained.
"Simply put, they can hear your thoughts, and talk to you through them." he added.

"Yes and sometimes it gets annoying." Missy said while nudging Kaz playfully. "And to answer your question yes we were haveing a conversation." She added to answer Ian.

"Thought so." Ian said casually, grinning at his next line, in advance.
"If it was about me, then yeah, I wouldn't mind." he said, knowing that would throw them off a little.

Missy was stunned by his comment. she raised her eyebrow a little. "You only wish you were that lucky." She retorted. "And no i was talking to him about personal stuff." She added while looking down. She was confused by Ian's comment.

Ian laughed, sliding down Orex's back to get closer to Missy and Kaz.
"Was just a joke, mate, had no idea what you where talking about." he said with a smile.
"I've got a question for ya though, serious one." he said to Missy, shifting his eyes to Kaz.
Your heads up better be right, mate... he thought, hoping he'd hear it.
"You always act a little nervous around me. Is there something you want to say? Spit it out, mate, it's not good to keep stuff bottled up. Promise I won't laugh. Okay, I will. But only if its genuinely funny." he added.

Pandora nodded in understanding. "Thanks Ian." She said, not sure if he was paying attention now that he was talking to Missy. She turned to Kaz, who was obviously wasn't included in their conversation. "Do you want to head to the sporting goods store with me. You have a better idea of what everybody needs, and I have a better idea where everything is placed in that store. What do you say?" She gave him a moment to consider, then turned to leave, it was getting dark and they needed to hurry. "Not trying to be rude, but time is running out." She called back to him, nodding to the darkening sky.

With everything said and done, Virgil led the way to his still-relatively-newly acquired jeep, motioning for Lithil in particular to follow him. Then, a thought struck him, and he fed Lithil his idea. Yeah, through mind powers.
I know you really wanted to go in. I know. Buuuuuut...
You mentioned something about 'running through resources faster than you can get them.' Let's stop by my diner, and stock up on what I've got...and I've got quite a lot. Since it'll take a while, I think we'd end up staying the night at my diner. While we're there, we can bounce ideas off each other for getting in, and other things too. I'm sure you'll agree we'd survive longer if we plan this out.

Missy want tense when he aked her if she wanted to say something. She narrowed her eyes. "I didnt think you payed enough attention to me to notice i was nervous." Was all she said then turned and watched as Pandora walked toward the mall, waiting for Kaz. 'Kaz this new girl, she is showing signs of likeing you. Dont believe everything you hear. Woman have ways to make themselves think something different than they feel.' She thought to Kaz knowing he would hear her.

Ian simply shrugged again. "Well, whenever I go to talk to you, you always seem a little...well, I dunno, nervous." he explained.
"So, what is it then?" he asked, lowering his voice so only she could hear. If this was a rather private thing...and according to Kaz, it was, then he didn't want anyone else to hear.
"I mean, if it's not my bizzo then just tell me." he added in the same quiet voice.

Missy leaned in closer to him so he would hear her clearly. "I have a confession but to say it aloud would make it true, and right now im not ready to do that. You see, it is harder for me to say how i feel because of a few things that have happened to me long ago." She said then sat back and waited to see what he would say to that. She was worried that he knew but didnt let it show on her face. This was to real and she didnt like that. If he knew that means that she was just being evasive for no reason and it also ment that he didnt like her because he showed no signs of it.

Ian nodded.
"I knew there was something." he said quietly. "Once we get back to the mall, or that dealership the new girl suggested, then we can continue this conversation." he added.
He looked up, hoping no one overheard them. Then again, being Ian Cromwell, he didn't really care if they did.
If they where going to be driving a convoy into the heart of a city filled with zombies, having a whispered conversations with a girl about his feelings for her was the last of his worries.

Kaz reasured Missy that we would find them before watching her conversation unfold. when he heard Pandoras voice he looked over as she walked away. "Thanks for the advice Missy, but ive got the upper hand." he said, tapping his head and went off to follow Pandora.
