Being a good evil person means being able to pick out a person's weakness's and using that against them. Richard's a good example. I think it's safe to say everyone hated him.

A good backstory doesn't hurt either. I like villians who got screwed over and take it out on the innocent.

Well I got a few of the things in the whole evil person recipe. Veira does have a story that I will post as soon as the two girls meet again. You will all have to wait though! Bwahaha!!! You must all wiat for the great mysrery of the quarreling sisters!! I bet it's killing you all already! Kind of like this burning_eyes . Hehe!!
