Ekail opened one eye slowly, his gaze met with the woman who'd attacked him and Kayla and she was laughing. He looked then at the man who was prodding his wounds, and before his could really focus on much else his eyes closed of their own will. He loudly muttered the word 'Kayla..' and then stopped speaking, trying to save his energy.
James slowly lifted his hand into the air and concentrated, feeling the warm glow of healing power crackle through his fingertips. A large ball of light covered his hand and he pressed his hand against Ekail's chest, the ball slowly flowing into Ekail himself. The second the ball touched him, Ekail's wounds began to regenerate, small strands of flesh, muscle and bone beginning to reconnect in the blink of an eye. The most serious wounds only partially healed, leaving a few good holes in the man but James was satisfied he would not die there. He lifted the man in his arms and carried him over to the bench, setting him down on it.

Kayla. That must be the name of that wench, Alexis thought, staying away from James and Ekail. Her histerical laughter had died down and she was back to glaring at everything.
Ali ran back into the courtyard. She stopped beside James, almost bumping into him and handed him the blanket, panting for air.
"Here... you... go..." she said. She looked down at Ekail.
"Will... he be ok?"

The blood drenched Kayla emerged into the courtyard. Everything seemed to be rocking back and forth. Her walking was very jagged and staggered. Finally, she managed to spot him on a bench, with some other guy and two girls. The girls both looked very familiar. Especailly the one with the green hair. But there was no time to think about this. She had to get to Ekail.
She began to walk towards them and then fell on her knees.
Alexis turned her head. She walked over to Kayla, smirking. She snapped her fingers.
"Damn. It seems like someone beat me too it," she said, making a fist.
"Alexis! No!"
Ali ran over, tackling her sister to the ground.
"Alex, dear god! Leave her alone! Can't you see she's already in enough pain? Just, leave her alone... you can fight her later. Once she's better. You always say you like to fight fair, even if you do start it. It isn't fair to her,"
Alexis cursed.
"Dammit. Alright. Just get off me,"
She pushed Ali off and remained sitting on the ground, her eyes fixed on Kayla.
"Thank you,"
Ali stood and walked over to Kayla. She began to help her up, but Kayla pushed her hand away. "Leave me alone!"
She was obviously mistaking Ali for Alexis. But who wouldn't? They're faces were identical, and Kayla was dizzy and could barely reconize where she was.
She stood on her own and began to stagger towards the bench again.
"Ekail..."
Her eyes rolled into the back of her head. She collapsed to the ground, about a metre from the bench. She just lay there, breathing quietly and slowly, blood drenched on the ground.

James growled and quickly ran over to Kayla and picked her up. "What is it with blood drenched people today?" he said, not quite trying to be funny. He walked over to the bench and opted to set the blanket on the ground and wrap Kayla in it, then he proceeded to pull off his swirling cloak and set it overtop Ekail. He pointed his finger at Kayla and closed his eyes. "Talaia Talcome." he said, his voice taking on a sudden echoing tone. A crackle of light 'lightning' shot from his finger and absorbed into Kayla, her wounds healing a little bit slower then Ekails. James sighed and sat back, resting from the sudden bit of taxing healing he'd performed.
Ekail turned his head a bit, hearing noise beside him. He cracked an eye, and saw Kayla covered in blood and then covered by a blanket. He closed his eyes again and instead slowly pushed an arm out of the cloak he'd been wrapped in to take Kayla's hand, holding it tightly.

Ali simply stood back, watching James perform his magic. She glanced over at her sister from time to time, who still had her eyes locked on the bloodied brunette.
Kayla's breathing began to pace up and go back to normal, as James's 'lightning' shot into her. She still remained unconcious, but even so, she managed to give Ekail's hand a light squeeze.
Ali walked over to James and settled beside him. She leaned against him slightly and sighed, still watching the bloodied lovers.
"What do you think happened?"

"Whatever it was, lets hope it doesn't come looking for them.." James mumbled, staring intently on the wounded two. He seemed to be staring at the air above Ekail's head, then suddenly he lifted his hand over Ekail, palm facing the man's chest. "Inteliso." he mumbled, and a pale blue light engulfed Jame's palm, and Ekail rose slightly off the bench towards his palm, then he thumped back onto the bench. A small shot of black lightning flew from Ekail's chest and hit James palm, then evaporated into a black mist that rose into the air. "Whatever it was, it was strong."

Ali nodded.
"Yes, seems like it,"
She then looked at him, a slight worry placed on her face. "You don't really think that whatever attacked them will come looking for them, do you?
Kayla regained her conciousness. She opene her eyes and began to lift her head to sit up, but then she began to cough uncontrollably. She put her head back down and waited for the coughing to stop. Once it did, she sat up slowly and looked over at Ekail on the bench.
"Ekail..." she whispered, squeezing his hand.

Ekail smiled softly at Kayla and said "Hey there. You okay?" he mumbled, one eye crack open. He tried to sit up, but found his body screaming 'NO! LAY DOWN! WE'RE NOT READY TO WORK YET!' at him. He groaned and lay back down, closign his eyes once more.
James shrugged and said "It's quite possible." then stood up infront of Kayla and Ekail. "Ah. Good to see you two are capable of atleast moving. My name is James, this is Ali and you have already met Alexis, I presume." he said, motioning to Alexis as he said.

Ali smiled and gave a little wave. Alexis continued to sit her good five metres away from the group.
Kayla looked at them and then turned to see who Alexis was. Immiedately, she began to slide over closer to Ekail. She hugged the blanket closer to her, but then winced and looked at her right arm. It was bent out on an odd angle. Broken. She squeezed Ekail's hand again and smiled at him.
"It's nice to meet you," she said quietly, looking over at James and Ali. No wonder she thought Ali looked so familiar; she looked just like Alexis. She then looked back over at Ekail and smiled again.
"I'm much better now..." she said, leaning her side up against the bench so she could very gently place her head on his shoulder, "...that I'm here with you.."

Ekail smiled softly and lifted his other hand to place it ontop of Kayla's head. "Thats good.." he said, then turned his head to hers. He opened his eyes and glanced up at the people that had been introduced, then turned to Alexis. "..Oh yes. I do belive we have MET before.." he said harshly, then shook his head and turned to Kayla.
James turned to Alexis slightly and smirked. "Well, Seems like you leave quite a lasting impression my dear Alexis." he said, then chuckled and turned back to Ekail and Kayla, placing his arm around Ali's shoulder as he did. "So..What exactly happend to you?" he said, raising an eyebrow.

Alexis rolled her eyes and then continued to glare at Kayla.
"Yes, what did happen?" Ali asked, echoing James's words as she leaned against him.
Kayla sighed, her eyes closing.
"We were attacked..." she said vaugely.

Ekail sat up slowly and remained silent for a moment, then sighed and patted Kayla on the head. "We were attacked by some madman..He was just..too strong for me." he said, then lowered his head slightly, wrapping his arms around Kayla's shoulders. His wounds had mostly stopped bleeding, but he still felt horrible. "He's still out here, I belive."
James nodded slightly, then began adjusting his clothing. He tightened Fafenir on his belt, then turned to Ekail. "Where?"In the courtyard over there..But he's way too powerful, even I-"But Ekail's words met empty air. James had already begun to walk towards the courtyard, cloak drawn about him tightly. He stopped and turned to Ali and Alexis, and said "Keep an eye on these two. Ali, I ask you try to keep Alexis off them as well." he said, then turned back to the courtyard and resumed walking.

"But James!" she said, beginning to protest. She sighed. She didn't want him to go fight some mad man. She looked over at Alexis and then tightened her hand over the handle of the six-foot long chained mace.
Don't even think about it.
Alexis still kept her eyes on Kayla.
"Is he mad? Going after him?" she said, watching as James began walking away. She sighed and looked at her broken arm.
"I'll have to get this fixed if I want my main power to work.."

Ekail sighed softly and flexed his fingers. Surprisingly, a bit of blood on the ground rose into the air and floated to Ekail. He stared at it for a moment, and said "...I take it he stopped the lightning from affecting me as well.." before the blood began to melt into his hand, turning his skin a reddish hue and his wounds healed a bit more. Afterwards, he sat up and cracked his shoulders and then put his legs over the bench, sitting with his legs next to Kayla.

Kayla smiled, leaning her head on his legs. She closed her eyes.
Ali nodded.
"James seems to have strong healing powers. Much stronger than my twin and I," she said, motioning to Alexis.
