[[Haha, thank you. <3]]

"Haha, it wasn't something romantic you silly person. He did it to transfer energy to me. I'm sure he would've said something if he meant it any other way than that." Luna said. "Well, he told me that Ms. Setsuka was the Leader of a dark organization named the Relinquished Hope. Apparently they'll attack anybody who gets in their way, which will most likely be the teachers and students." she cleared her throat. "When I asked him if I was expected to kill anyone, he told me that if I joined their side, I wouldn't have to kill, just submit." Luna began pacing in front of Colin, obviously thinking about the choice she had to make for herself. "I was just thinking, though, that maybe if I could let him train me but switch to the good side when the war comes, that it'll be better." she stopped in front of him. "But I'm still not sure." Her eyelids lowered as she looked down. "Which side would you choose, Colin?" she asked, her head remaining down.

"Oh, I've no doubt that's how he explained it. The Headmistress? Really?" Colin liked the sound of this organization. He enjoyed the prospect of killing. And this Relinquished Hope might be a good stepping stone in his own quest. But he didn't like the sound of this submit business. If he joined Relinquished Hope, it would be as a proper member that went on killing sprees, not some useless lapdog.

"Which side? I... don't know," he replied with true doubt in his voice. "I think it would be best to at least pretend to go along with them, until we know more. They do not sound like people to needlessly anger. But do you know which side is the 'good' side? How do you know its goals are any better?"

Luna's head raised. "That's what has been confusing me this entire time, Colin. You and I need more information about all of this." she walked up to Colin, her face inches from his. "But who do we ask? I'm so afraid to go up to anyone but Devin... but if I don't like what he proposes, I don't know if he'll.. do something." she whispered. Luna looked back down. "He's stronger than me. Everyone here is. I could only be in my wolf form if someone angers me and I turn back to being a human soon after. I've never liked this curse that I have but now I need it and I'm unable to do anything useful." she confessed. She looked back up at Colin, her red eyes looking smoother; almost like silk.

Colin drew his face back from Luna's. He suddenly understood what wolfboy meant when he babbled on and on about a girl's smell. The hair on the back of his neck stood up and his stomach felt very strange. He rubbed his head in a self-efacing way and laughed just a little too unevenly. "Um, well, er--" Dammit Colin, pull yourself together! You're acting like an idiot! He cleared his throat and tried to gather his thoughts. "Hm. That is a problem. I'm not sure what to suggest, but we are in a library. Perhaps one of these books has some clues. Did Devin give you any indication what Relinquished Hope wants so badly?" He ignored her glossy eyes.

Luna saw Colin move away from her, and she took it as a sign that he didn't want to be near her much. It's probably because of what I am.. She thought. She sighed quietly. I hate how this curse of mine is destroying my happiness again. "No, he didn't. I was sent back to my dorm before I could ask anything more." Luna said regretfully. "Perhaps if we look for a book that describes the history of the school, we could at least have an idea of it." she suggested. Luna walked around Colin, careful not to touch him, to a table and sat down. "I'm not exactly familiar with this library yet," Luna started. Heh, I will be. "But you are. Try to find something." Luna said. She slightly looked down, her hair covering a bit of her face.

Colin was relieved when Luna overcame her inclinations to latch onto him like a barnicle. Yet, at the same time, he felt somehow disappointed. He chalked it up to his ego struggling with his need for personal space. "That is highly unfortunate. There are a few books around here on that subject. However, I also happen to know that Mr. Edmond has a special history book. I think it might contain information these here would not."

He wished she would look up. She had pretty eyes--that were difficult to ignore. No. He was glad she was looking down. It suited her. He wished everyone would do that in his presence.

"Do you think he'll lend us the book, then?" Luna asked, tilting her head up ever so slightly. "What more do you know about this?" Luna asked. "This war.. why it's occuring. Why now, of all times." she looked up at him and pushed her hair away. "I'm honestly tired of fighting, Colin. There are things that I used to do that I don't want to do again." she smiled softly and turned away from him. "It's an ugly thing, to enjoy to cause harm unto others.." Her eyelids lowered slightly. "..To kill for pleasure." Luna blinked and looked in Colin's direction. Her voice became softer, much softer than when she was first telling him of what happened today. "Don't you think?" she asked. Her head slightly tilted to one side, making part of her hair slip from her pigtails.

Kogi doubled over onto his knee, the pain from this was more painful then he had thought, a aura of amber consumed his body, his vision became blurry and everything seemed too slow down. From the cracks around the door fram amber light came forth spilling into the hall.

"Um." Colin thought quickly. He had planned on simply stealing it. From the way she had asked, though, Colin got the distinct impression Luna would not approve. She might tattle. She needed to be convinced. "I don't know which side he's on. Do you really want to risk tipping the Headmistress's friends off before we've even started? We can borrow the book secretly--he'll never even know it was gone. And if it turns out he's on the right side, we can apologise to him later. I'm sure he'd understand, don't you agree?" He drew a breath to steady himself. "Um, I really don't know anything much about the war, I think I told you already--" he broke off as he realized what she'd asked him. "Um...."

It wasn't so much a question of whether she'd like the truth--it was abundantly obvious she wouldn't--but whether or not it mattered what she thought of him. Strangely, it did. I suppose I need all the allies I can get at this stage. I hope that's the only reason. I'd hate to be getting soft now, of all times. He laughed nervously. "I really wouldn't know. Maybe we should check the history books here first after all."

Luna gave him a sleepy smile before pushing herself up from her sitting position. She smiled as she walked toward Colin. She stopped in front of him, in a more reasonable distance away. "You could do whatever you'd like." she said in a provocative tone. She turned to walk around him to a nearby wall. As she passed him, she reassured softly, "I can't tell on you," She started. She covered her eyes as she faced the wall. "If I can't see you." She turned her head slightly towards him. "Go ahead."

Colin's heart skipped a beat as Luna walked by. Werewolves. They do something strange to a guy. "Heh." He grinned and illusioned himself. Covering your eyes was hardly nescessary, my dear, though very cute. He left his sandels behind in the library to insure silence as he padded along the halls. He heard a disturbance in the headmistress's office, but hurried by. There will be plenty of time for that once I actually know what's going on. Besides, she's probably just yelling at some dunderheaded student. He made his way to Mr. Edmond's office. The door was locked. Blast. He stared at it for a few minutes. He'd never learned how to pick a lock. Oh well. He'd just have to force it. He didn't know if lightning striking it would be helpful or not, but he might as well try it. He tried to concentrate on something that made him angry.

Luna unnoticably sniffed the air to check if Colin wasn't in the library anymore. She pulled her hands away from her eyes and looked around, just to prove to herself that her senses are becoming stronger. She looked down at Colin's sandals and smiled. She was feeling oddly childish today, so she bent down to undo her shoes and replaced them with Colin's. She started marching around the library quietly and saying softly to herself, "I'm Colin, and I don't like being around bitchy werewolves." she blushed countless times after cursing. It wasn't like her to curse at all. But the tingle it brought to her tongue was exhilarating. Luna suddenly stopped marching to pull off the ribbons that were tied to keep her hair in place. Her hair was becoming messy anyway, so why bother have it up? She flipped her hair a couple times before continuing to march childishly.

[[edit: I'm back by the way. xD I'm about to leave, though. So I'm probably going to post like two more times or something before I sign out.]]

It was no use. He simply couldn't have a temper tantrum on command. He'd really have to work on that. Colin slipped to the floor, fatigued. His illusion was starting to flicker too. He didn't know how he'd get the door open.

A spare key. Colin slapped his forehead in exasperation. Of course! That's how I got into my father's. Why didn't I think of that before I wore myself out? He felt around the top of the doorframe, reaching it easily because of his height. There! The spare key. He quickly let himself into the office and looked around. He found a book that seemed to be the one he'd seen when snooping around earlier. He took it and hurried back towards the library without bothering to relock the door. His illusion was almost faded.

((Ok! I gotta get up early again myself. How does Luna know he can call lightning, though? He's kinda been trying to keep that a secret... XD))

Luna continued to march around in Colin's shoes, unaware that he was even using an illusion. But suddenly, she sniffed his scent around her. She looked around the library, but couldn't see him. I knew my power was too good to be true. She thought. She looked down at Colin's sandals and pretended she was modeling them.

[[I edited for you, xD. Luna's probably going to try to find out now, though. Mwahaha.]]
