If I may take the liberty (Not gonna touch the schizo thing, but I believe Z has you beat, if he becomes active again)

1.) It might be posted in the announcement, but someone posted that after the time skip, the first day will be set aside for people to meet the requirements.
2.) I'm assuming you two skills are tumble and staff? Your highest ability is endurance, so to get it to 20 all you need are 2 trainings, if you're willing to do a DC: 15. All together, you're looking at 4 trainings, 2 of them DC: 15, 2 with DC: 10. That should cover those requirements.
3.) Shouldn't you be more concerned about your 3 academy jutsu?

the jutsu I got Shisei, and Orika for. It might take a little bit of convincing but as much as I am on I aint to worried.

You guys have one day after the timeskip to earn your requirements: techniques, points, etc. Most of you are also getting bonus experience this timeskip, which will most likely level you up, so I wouldn't worry about anything.

I would definitely be more concerned about. Because you might only have time to learn one after the timeskip.

I won't be around for a while and I doubt I'll time to learn any jutsu even in that one day of the time skip. What should I do?

Even if you did meet the requirements and such, you wouldn't be here after the timeskip to partake in squad activities, so you'll be fine as not graduating on time. You'll have to make up some kind of absence story, perhaps saying you went on a mini-mission with one of the NPC's or Shisei became ill and was stuck to the Tenmoki house. I can roleplay in Yuki to give you training while you're ill, so once you come back in full swing, you'll be able to join your squad.

The squad you join will just have to operate as two for the time being.

I'm requesting that the Kawamiri training be changed, because it makes no sense to have the Spy skill to LEARN handseals. Also there's no hand seals listed for Kawamiri, so how are we suppose to learn them?

I'll go through all the techniques and write down handseals. They may not be politically correct from the Naruto series, but at least we'll have some to roleplay with. I'll youtube and look up the seals as best as I can, but other than that. Meh. Anyone can feel free to post in the suggestion area if they know the real seals to a technique. I'll release the new technique list with the timeskip coming up.

After looking into handseals they should be learned in the academy time of a shinobi life, therefore in order to remember they should be brought up in the intelligence area or knowledge depending on how you want to look at it. Just my opinion but I agree with Eifer.

Why not ask Maya? It would be a good character relationship growth for the Tategami clan. You could also have Kore train with Baki on the sidelines.
