"Oh hey Amy. Yeah I guess. So which horse are you working with?"Gwen asked turning to Amy. She smiled as Path tossed his mane and nuzzled her wanting more treats.
Path snorted and turned away when Gwen refused to give him more of the sweet stuff she called sugar. He trotted over to Kalypso and the new stallion. He eyed him challengingly. "I am Path, this is Kalypso and the two mares are Eclipse and my Konoha."Path snorted tossing his mane. "May I ask what your name is?"he asked glancing towards his sleeping mare.

The black stallion turned to look at Path. "My name is Shadow." He said.
Amy smiled. "I'm working with Eclipse. I'm suppose to start her training today." Amy said.

Kalypso immediately froze when he heard Amy say Eclipse's name and the word work. He knew what it meant. He snorted and stopped grazing, pivoted away from Path and the stallion called Shadow, then charged to the fence where Amy was. He slid to a halt before it and reared up, his teeth bared and the whites of his eyes showing. 'You're not touching Eclipse...' he thought to himsef. His eyes began burning again with that familiar hatred.

Amy however didn't move. She looked Kalypso in the eyes. "You seem not to like humans huh, Kalypso?" Amy said in her gentle voice. Sundance who was turned out into the same pasture to graze, came charging over to Kalypso ears flat against her head and baring her teeth. She slid to a halt just before hitting into Kalypso and reared up at him now infront of Amy. "Back off Kalypso!!" Sundance whinnied. "Leave Amy alone!!"

"Kalypso!! If you want to get out of here eventually you must not attack the humans!"Path whinnied cantering to stand between Amy and Kalypso. He nudged Kalypso away from the fence and mare.
"If only the rest of them were as trusting as Path. That would make all of our work easier. Sometimes I think he just knows that if he ever wants out of that corral he has to behave and trust someone."Gwen said watching Path try to break up the fight.

Sundance snorted, bared her teeth and pawed the ground at Kalypso telling him if he attacked Amy once more she would attack back.
"It's alright Sundance." Amy smothed to Sundance as she stroked Sundance's silky neck. Amy looked into Path's eyes when Gwen had said that. "I totaly agree with you Gwen. Path does know." Amy smiled. "My dad was a horse whisper-picked up a few things from him."

Kalypso reared up, the wild look still on his face, how dare that human girl look him straight in the eyes. He pushed past both horses and snapped at her with his teeth, tearing off part of the shoudler of her shirt. He dropped it and stood facing the girl, but addressed the two behind him. "Path, if they tried to touch Konoha, you'd kill them, wouldn't you? I'm not worried about wanting to get out of this stupid fence right now..." he said, panting. He then turned to the mare. "Mare, it would be very unwise to try and attack me...you should have been here earlier..." he said quietly.

"Kalypso i'm warning you back off or i will attack!!" Sundance bared her teeth one last time as she pushed her way threw Kalypso and lashed out at him. SHe reared once more. "I warned you!" Sundance whinnied.
Amy watched as Kalypso torn off her sleeve. "Sundance stop it!" Amy asked in her gentle voice.

Kalypso did not flinch, but just rammed into Sundance and bull-dozed the smaller mare to the ground. He heard her fall with a audible thud. He moved to stand over her in a way in which she couldn't get up. "I warned you too. Keep your girl away from my mare or she'll get worse than a torn sleeve..." He whispered into her ear,, then backed off her and went back to his corner, standing protectively in front of Eclipse.

Sundance snorted and got up and shook herself. She bared her teeth again and pinned her ears back as Kalypso backed off. "She has a name and so do i!!" Sundance reared up and tossed her head as she nickered.
Shadow snorted and was now in a corner by himself.
Amy sighed and frowned before she led Sundance out of the pasture and into another pasture where the domestic horses where and the calm ones before going back over to Gwen.

"Fine, I'm sorry Sundance, but keep Amy away from Eclipse! Please.." He yelled to her in the other pasture, and there was sincerity in his apology and a kind of pleading in his voice. He then lowered his head and nuzzled the sleeping mare, then walked over to stand with Shadow. "You seem to share my hatred of humans...I saw you fighting on the way in..." He told him quietly, then waited for him to respond.

Sundance snorted softly before she walked over to Destiny to graze with her. It wasen't her falt if Amy was going to train Eclipse and she couldn't keep her away from Eclipse because all of the horses would have to be trained sooner or later.
Shadow lowered his head. "Why do they capture us? I lost my herd because of them.....I could have won that battle....but because of them....i lost." Shadow snorted.
"It's going to be hard to get Kalypso away from Eclipse." Amy said to Gwen.

Kalypso nodded sympathetically. "I know how it feels to lose someone to the humans...they butchered my dam right before my eyes...I'd rather not go into detail.." he said quietly. He heard Amy say Eclipse's name again, and his, and he snorted, he turned his head to face the girl and pinned his ears back at her, baring his teeth. "They're going to try and break my mare..." he said coldly, turning to Shadow again. Perhaps the stallion wasn't as much of a threat as he had thought, but he wasn't quite going to let his guard down...

"Same here. Well they worked my dam to death....it was horrifing" Shadow snorted quietly. "If i weren't you i wouldn't let them get near her. But Path...if that's his name is right...You shouldn't attack humans or they'll never let you out and you will be stuck here all your life." Shadow said.

Kalypso snorted "They didn't work my dam....they just killed her. I was there..."He shook his head, and his long forelock covered his eyes. "And don't worry, I'm not letting them touch her." He snorted again. "Yeah that's his name. He's very nice, I'm greatful to have met him. Maybe you two are right, I haven't attacked any in a few weeks, but her saying she was going to try and break Eclipse set me off..I'll try not to do it again. I'll be right back, I'm going to go apologize to Path..." he turned and walked over to Path, keeping his head lower than his once more. "I'm sorry Path...I shouldn't have done that...it's just...breaking Eclipse.." he sighed.
