 It's too hot! mrgreen

Inet is derived from Init meaning hot. Can be used both in describing the weather or a certain item's temperature. But not to mean hot as in sexy. lolz~

opposite is Lamig. meaning cold. (temperature) not the sneezing and coughing one. razz

                . . . . province?
 hmm. .
In a province, there is a certain language/dialect people speaks.
Like in Cebu (where I am xd ), we speak in Cebuano; In Leyte/Samar, they speak in Waray. .etc. .
so, do you know which province you're friends are?

province dialects huh?hmm... i think I have some for ya but I'm not quite sure where they originated xd eheheh I met friends and yaya's from different areas that I lost track of the origins of the words they taught me. sweatdrop

 Anywho,

 1.
Word: Bubo (bu - as in boots) and (bo as in boy).
 Other Filipino term: Tapon
Origin: I think this is from our province mindoro but i'mnot quite sure lolz.
 English: spill.
 Type: Verb
Tagalog sentence: Nabubo ko ang tubig sa mesa.
Tagalog sentence: Natapon ko ang tubig sa mesa.
English sentence: I spilled water on the table.
** take note in the sentence, the spilling was by accident. And the term is usually used for liquids or grain-like stuff(sand, grains, flour, etc).

 2.
 Word: Guyam
Origin: uhh somewhere out there sweatdrop
 Other Filipino term: Langgam
 English: Ant
 Type: Noun
Tagalog sentence: Kinagat ako ng guyam.
Tagalog sentence: Kinagat ako ng langgam.
English sentence: The ants bit me. rofl
** take note: in other areas, guyam is some sort of a bird. xd
**also, there are areas that calls the bigger types of ants as Antik. Guyam/Langgam is usually the annoying ones that you can squish easily unlike the Antik that can look intimidating to touch. (you can see their claw-like mouth. domokun

 3.
