well soon It shall begin and the one I seek will be forever in my grasp after all Saiyojin has discovered the third state of kekkegan
He is nowere close to mastering or even partially activating it but he knows that the third state exists however I have developed a new curse mark jutsu and wish it to be tested
so find me a proper candidate if you will

A new curse mark...proper candidate...What type of person would suffice for your jutsu, Nexus?*pulls out a scroll of possible canidates(those outside of group and within)*You can also pull from the many children that you've said have potential from town orpanages, too, if none of the shinobi are what you need....Some of the newborns around the different towns, their parents have pledged loyalties, guaranteeing their children to your cause.
