Yay! Another question from Kumizu! Can any person be the judge for other people's submissions? I'm sorry, but the stars thing is really the only part that kinda confuses me... sweatdrop

No, only Ria staff members get to give out stars. Just relax and roleplay, and if you've got one coming to you, you'll see it in the announcements thread. 3nodding

No, that's not true misao. Any active member can judge the star tests. As long as the crew team know and trust the person and agree with their ability to RP themselves and judge others, they're allowed to judge.
However, the judges scores are averaged and the person gets stars based on the result. Only stars from events and the weekly ones can be given by crew emembers directly.. through star tests, members can give out stars indirectly.

I'm pretty sure your pet is safe. Kurai just wanted to implement another fun sidegame type thing, because he's played far too much Ragnarok Online. xd

Kumizu gets to pester you even more! Don't you feel special? Okay guys, I promise, I'm not just going to abuse this thing. I've been trying to upload one of the banners to my photobucket and this is what I get:  It's a lot smaller than normal, and I have no idea why. My ID came out fine, so it confuses me (like so many other things).
