Kasuke worried for a second as shisui was ignorant to the state of his anbu, but as the anzan became quiet Kasuke glanced below to see if any villagers were hurt and frowned. "Ah shif..." he shook his head coldly looking down at his drowsing warrior. Shuisui cut in again through and Kasuke rose his eyebrows, "What?" He looked to the other man, "oh, okay." The man turned slapping Shuisui on his shoulder, "Save your chakra, and control her attacks from the villagers. You and Shif are on defense." The man hopped down, landing in the murk, he flung his hand and the alley way muck burst to the side leaving the anbu unconscious at his feet.

"Hope this works buddy." He kneeled down and set his hand seal on Shif's cheek. "Kai!" The burst of chakra flowed through him, this would hopefully be enough to wake him.

Kasuke stound next to his friend,"I told you stop calling me that. Now-" Raubahn clipping to the ground next to him. Kasuke looked to the man decked in blue, obviously some cultural garb. His visage was stone while the man spoke.

"My name is Okazi Kasuke, Spirit of the wind." With this the wind picked up in the ally and would have pushed someone hand they not been in a strong stance. "I am the Kage of this village, and you will address me respectfully so that we can cooperate for the greater good." He couldn't help feel bad for being so forceful, and in fact thought it might cause more problems. Still he had a sense of pride and responsibility that was not to be reckoned with. "She is the Takikage, who knows why she's here though. She's had a long standing fixation with hating oto, I really don't know why. But I also heard that she is searching for something. That we stole something. Maybe a delusion maybe a reality." He jumped to the roof again gesturing for the man to follow, "Either way, it's yours, mine, and Aoshiro's job to take her down." he pointed to the man on an adjacent building. He was young... but only god knew his power. "The goal is to get her out of the village and away from the rice fields where the the villagers are. Mt. oto would be the best option." He had considered the forests but chance of a forest fire was risky.

Kasuke gazed up at the massive pillar of water, it would surely destroy the center of the village he had to protect it! "Aoshiro!" he screamed without throwing his gaze from the looming water. Flinging the hand signs Kasuke gazed up holding his hand out as if in a taijutsu position, "Kaze no Yaiba!" slinging his hand across the space in front of him, a massive wind current formed slicing up into the pillar. The wind blast smashed into the water pillar. His teeth grit and sweat formed on his brow as he smashed into the incoming chakra. He only needed to stall while he did his real work. Running forward Kasuke pushed with the wind, the sky roaring above him, he jumped high landing at the pillars base. "Chakra Kyūin Jutsu" he skimmed his hands into the water and began absorbing the chakra. In agony as the massive amounts of energy entered his hands. The water soon became unmolded, Kasuke not able to control it. He couldn't take out the whole pillar it was too big for just one attempt, but the base began collapsing in on the man and the villages empty marketplace. . His eyes flicked up to the incoming pressure. And he had to leap back avoided the massive crach as the pillar exploded into the already ditched ground of the marketplace. "Aoshiro!"

Kaze no Yaiba (Blade of Wind)
This Jutsu creates a blade out of wind which, being wind, makes it impossible to block. However, unlike the Kamaitachi no Jutsu, this Jutsu requires no tool.

Chakra Kyūin Jutsu, (Chakra Absorption Technique)
This jutsu allows the user to absorb the physical and spiritual energy of an opponent. The user doesn't have to actually touch the opponent, since it is also possible to use it through other media, as Jirobo did with his Earth Release Barrier: Dungeon Chamber of Nothingness. The only necessary condition is some medium through which chakra can be channeled.
Cp cost: 1/3 amount of chakra taken
Damage: User can drain from 1 cp to (chk mod * 1.5) cp per usage
Requirements: Chakra Control 30
Training: 7 days
Special: Regain Cp.

Perfect! He's fallen right into my trap! Nakamura exclaimed in her mind while the one she was luring out acted upon her jutsu. In an almost instantanious burst of her own speed, Nakamura didn't even appear to move, having used the Body Flicker Technique to simultaniously leave an after-image of herself upon the water while her true self appeared behind Oto's Kage. The added jump that sent him backwards to avoid the falling water merely left it open for him to jump into her awaiting arms.

Within her right hand, a single kunai was held quickly manuevered to his throat with just enough pressure to show that she meant business. In her left hand, she held a seal, that of the Tiger. Each passing second that she exhaled, her breath was becoming much more visible and could easily be taken as a justu that was ready to be used.

"If you even twitch the wrong way, I'll kill you. Cooperate, and I'll spare this village of the destruction that your's has befallen to my own. Refuse, and I shall destroy this village, even if it costs me my life..." she paused, allowing him to think on his answer before asking her one and only question. "Where are you keeping Kusari Momochi." she spat, clearly, a demand rather than a question. She made sure not to touch his skin, keeping firm only of his cloth and the blade around his throat.

With the sudden interruption of the newest body, shouting wildly to stop the battle and that they had found him, Nakamura almost lowered her weapon, but remembered that she was in a fight. She couldn't just take his word for it. He was, after all, from the Sound village, he was probably just trying to protect his Kage.

Shunshin no Jutsu (Body Flicker Technique)
A high-speed movement technique. It is described as 'appearing with the wind and disappearing like the wind.' A very basic jutsu, it appears that most shinobi above Genin-rank know it. Using chakra to activate the body, the user is able to move from one point to another with extreme speeds. This super-fast movement is almost impossible to see with the naked eye. To a normal person, it would seem as if the user has teleported. The amount of Chakra used depends on the distance and elevation between the user and the destination.

Requirements: Dexterity 20+
Training days: 3 days.
Special: When rolling initiation checks or racing, or anything that involves speed, add chk mod to the dice roll.

Nakamura took a moment to take notice of the situation she had just put herself in. One, that could very well end in tragedy on either end should one be dumb enough to act. Should she kill thier Kage, retribution wouldn't be the only thing on their minds... let alone simple reprocusions against her homes. They could easily kill their own captive in spite of her. She knew what the Sound village was capable of, but that wouldn't stop her from fighting.

"You'll have to forgive me if I won't simply take that as the explination for his two-year absence. I don't even know of his status, be it dead or alive... let alone if I know you're telling me what I want to hear to save yourself..." Nakamura whispered beneath her hardened front. She finally had the village where she wanted it for such a very long time, and yet, even with her in the position she's wanted, it didn't feel right. Why didn't she feel her rightfull justification knowing that she could finally take a life for a life. That she actually felt betrayed by herself when she went through with such a rucious plan.

"However, unlike your village, my people are capable of reason. It may seem like a bad situation, and should you attempt an attack upon me once you've been released, I won't hesitate to re-enstate the previous moments." she added, slowly lowering the kunai down to her side, but her left hand remained locked in place. She may have been willing to hear the men out, but she wasn't about to drop her defenses in the village she despised the most.

Taking a step back, showing that she wasn't going to go back on her word, she realized just how much shorter she was than the man she held at arm's length. It must have seemed rather childish of me to attempt a manuever such as that. she thought with a rather annoyed sigh.

Kasuke breathed deeply, finally gaining some in sight into her intentions. Had she said this after he had arrived none of the damage in the village would be necessarily he felt foolish and yet... "I suppose in the past Oto has had some.... rough edges, but I assure you we are a new nation. Completely reasonable." he stood deadly still as he spoke making no attempts to defy her. "I will gladly help you find this person if you don't destroy my home." he looked to the his ninja around him, sighing as he gave them hard looks. This was an opportunity that they could not pass up, until his gaze found Lavi hurrying toward them.

"Xen! The passages! A secret organization! I swear! They found something down there! Said, The Takikage was attacking because of a-" he tripped on a roof top and stumbled over the roof falling from the roof and toppling into the water. It felt like electric water, with energy coursing all over his body. He flooded his hands with concentrated chakra and tried to pull himself up onto it with no avail. "Ah, Ah- Misunderstanding!" he yelled from below hoping the two kages would hear. He swam to a building and lifted himself up from a window sill jumping up before them. He breathed heavily, "Please, miss. There's something down there, and that's where the guy you're looking for is."

Kasuke stared at his chunin standing before an opposing Kage bravely. He smiled.

The two ANBU and the clan heads eyes widened at the sudden turn of events. obviously in hundreds of years something could still suprise the ancient Anzan.

"Did she just...." Shif said as the water drained from the streets.

"I think...she did..." Raubahn stated staring at this woman as if he was in love...or not...it could be confused...

Shisui stared at the boy trying to get up from the demonic like water and went to help the boy up."Brave of you to try and walk on that water" Shisui thought his eyes still wide from the events that unfolded. He watched the water drain away into the cities ground."She just....discarded her massive water source..." Shisui thought as he stared at Nakamura. The feelings of his clan head made him blush."Seems raubahn has a crush." Shisui thought as he pulled the boy to the roof.
