Null: As you finish dressing & turn to leave, you hear a strange buzzing noise, as of bees, thousands upon thousands of bees, but strangely warped, followed by the sound of shattering glass, coming from the direction of the bed.
Rour: I'm just gonna say it(no other rolls are needed for this), you easily manage to get ahold of the gloves, for they don't even bother to resist.
Calimdoras: You stand in front of a row of 10 peasants, all shackled & manacled together, wearing rags for clothes, ragged, & half-starved, in the the town of Isgarden, the rest of the townspeople are held back by a magical barrier constructed by one of the wizards your lord had sent you with, staring in horror at you. Standing behind you is a squad of soldiers your lord had sent you with to quell the rebellionm, & sitting at your feet is your pet.

"Now hear me, people of Isgarden! This behavior will not be tolerated by the lord of this kingdom! You have shown my men and I that an example must be made! Now watch as your friends and loved ones are killed in the name of my lord!" I then have my men do the following to the peasants in front of me(in order from left to right, individually): 1:set aflame with a torch 2:wrists cut 3:hung by a rope 4:throat cut by knife 5:killed by my pet 6:head stuck in a washing tub full of water till drowned 7:electicuted by the wizard that was brought along 8:arms and legs cut off 9:thrown off a building repeatedly until death 10:head cut off I then grab the head and tell the wizard to lower part of the barrier. "Citizens of Isgarden! These are the consequenses of your actions! uprising against the lord will only bring death! Remember to respect the authority given by the lord of our kingdom! And use this as a reminder to anyone who wishes to uprise again!"I throw the head into the crowd. Then I speak quietly to the squad that came with me, "Pack your things, I believe we have shown them what happens to traitors in this territory. We will leave within the week." I then have the wizard return the part of the barrier that was taken down.

Null spins around and eyes the bed cautiosly, reading a free action to draw his rapier and a standard action for a sense motive check if he sees a living creature of any type.

Sorry guys that it took forever. I was in Vegas for my mother's wedding for a little less than 2 weeks, & my internet is out. So replies will take a while, sadly.
Null: Floating in mid-air is a pair of grey gloves, floating there.
Rour: As you go to move the gloves, they don't budge, they don't even fold in on themselves, the only thing that DOES happen is that the gloves latch around your hands in an iron grip.
Calimdoras: The crowd watches in horror & terror, with much screaming, the pitiful worms. The squad quietly does what has been told of them.

"I do hope this, rebellion nonsense, will not happen again. If it does, I assure you, there will be 20 next time, 40 the time after that, and so on until there is noone to stir a rebellion in the hearts of those who shall follow as the king leads!" With that, I turn, and go into a nearby building with some of my squad, a building inside of the magic shield. "Here, we will rest and pack our things before heading back to the kingdom."

I'm SO sorry guys. Don't worry, I haven't forgotten about you, my internet is STILL out. I don't even have phone service right now. Life sucks.
Null: ...?
Rour: Sorry, they don't budge, their grip just tightens.
Calimdoras: As your men are packing, one of the wizards tells you that your lord is sending a messege through a mirror in a private room for you.

"Yes, of course." I go to the room and shut the door, and, if there is a lock on it, lock it tight behind me. I then approach the mirror to see this message from the lord.

Null, where the hell are you?
Rour: You go berserk, as to your custom.(don't roll dice, it really doesn't matter for now). Sadly, the gloves do not budge at all, they instead start to lift you struggling into the air, with what appears to be with no effort at all.
Calimdoras: Yes, it locks...When you approach the mirror, it begins to ripple in the middle and an image of your lord appears in it. Your lord beckons for you to step through the mirror.
