about Project Quiver to make a solid report. His powers seem
to have grown these past two years, not only can he manipulate
objects, but he can alter their structure entirely. If he wanted to
he could change coal into gold with little effort. He could remove

if he wanted to. He is a dangerous subject.
Project Quiver will continue as it's success and control of Quiver
seems to be stable."

in the laboratory. It seems his powers do not have a specific
location where it is generated from, it's like... his body is
entirely made of absolute power, it's built into every cell
of his body. We do not know how this is possible, and will
continue to find out what makes him work, and if we will
be able to reproduce the effect on another subject.
Quiver has been commissioned to become the next agency
leader due to his achievements and strong abilities. I'm glad
he was chosen as this role, the other recruits couldn't handle
the pressure."
