Ew, thats so gross xp
It smells bad so I can't even imagine the taste. When I use my bong daily I change the water a lot because it starts to make the bud taste bad when it gets too dirty. I just can't imagine drinking it. Although I know a few people who have. One was drunk at a party and someone said something about changing the bong water and all he heard was 'bong water' so being extremely drunk he said 'who won't drink the bong water? ya'll are wussy, I drink it no problem.' And sure enough he did. Drunks are funny. Still don't understand how he heard 'no one will drink the bong water' when really what was said is 'we need to clean the bong water'. lol

it is not a terribly advisable act - Bongs (and in particular) bong water, exist to remove chemicals and pyrolytic byproducts that you don't want in your body - The stomach for sure is more resistant to mutagens then the lungs due to it's, comparatively, much slower rate of cell reproduction, but still - That s**t ain't cool.
it does, however, get you stoned, on the principle that you have constructed a crude, and highly inefficient, biphase condenser akin to steam distillation. THC (and other active principles in cannabis) are vaporised (and burnt) when you pull that cone, and the water serves to cool the smoke And catch the ash. Consequently, a portion of the THC is condensed back from vapour and mixed in as an emulsion, often trapped in a matrices of plant oils and resins, which also aid in absorption through the stomach lining. Plus, many of the burnt byproducts have their own subtle psychoactive effect.
This phenomonon can be utilised, to terrifying effect, by taking a 66mm diameter piece of PVC pipe about half a metre long, capping the end, placing a 20mm downstem plus airstone diffuser into the lower section and capping that end. Drop a short iron rod (making sure there is enough room below the bottom of the downstem for it to rotate freely) into the bottom of the pipe and fill 1/3 with distilled water. Add an equal volume of food grade, palatable oil such as almond or sesame. Place atop a magnetic stirplate and get a nice level of agitation going, the downstem must be significantly subemerged but the spin must be strong enough to ensure a relatively homogenous mixture of oil/water.
Take a paint-stripping heatgun and construct a chamberpiece that can be attached, the easiest way will resemble a car muffler - A metal box with a tube coming out either side, inside the box your dope is dumped into a very fine wire mesh bag. Very hot air is forced through (don't place down on anything flammable, don't touch the box while in operation), vaporises cannabinoids present and directs the hot stream of clean vapour into the condenser vortex - Active principles are absorbed into the oil (usually with aboit 90% efficiency, judging by emissions analysis), takes about an an hour running the vape gun at about 110*C to fully cook an ounce of mids to crumble - Crumble which will then make excellent spin for joints, I might add. Kill the heat, turn off the stirrer and siphon off the oil. Cool and use for cooking, dribbling under the tongue or mixing with frangelico for ludicrous hazelnutstone temptation.

that's so nasty, that water smells so strong, even the smell of it makes me hurl when I smell mine @___@ or clean up mine.
