Well honestly I don't think it would necessarily have to e a bottle with nothing. It could actually be a visual wish of sorts. My thought was that it would be like purples, pinks, yellows, greens, and blues swirling about...I was also thinking about maybe visual dreams or a bottled dream where it's the same type of concept. XD

Powers wise, with lets go with my bottled wish.

Depending upon a wish, he can wish things and they come true. Of course, this power could be good and bad. He could wish someone good health and they could become healthy quicker. He could wish someone sickness, and they slowly fall I'll. This would only work with little things at first and the wishes could become bigger and more complex with enough practicd.

Being a peacock, his beauty is inevitable, but being made from a child's wish would give him almost a childlike innocence to add to his personality in a way. And if I want to go further and actually think about the kind of wish he was created from, that could be a mystery at first and show through his personality through life. So say he was created by a wish that the child wanted a pony, maybe he would slowly grow to love horses, especially after he first lays eyes on one. Or say he was made from a bad kids wish of wanting their brother or sister to get lost because they're annoyed of them, that coul definitely show through and he could be a very irritable character as well. So many possibilities to the wish, that's why I was so attracted to it.

He could feed upon the night sky in a sense, like the first star he sees each night he could just see that and feed upon its glow, causing the star

Well as you just said, it could be easily god modding okay, I'll give you that. But if there was a limitation to his wishing, I don't think wining for it to be colder, sunnier, or cloudy or anything with weather would necessarily be god modding at all. So he wished it to be a little hotter, and so the sun came out and baaam. XD

And it would just be one aspect of his personality...the soul gives him most of his personality already. XD so it's not a matter of "growth" because his personality is set to those already...plus he could grow out of it through RP. Maybe he would say something that went too far, and he actually feels regret of sorts, then he realizes maybe one of his wishes went too far and if the other character is alright with his wishing power, it wouldn't be god modding if they give me that slight permission to say, "I wish you well." and their sick character gets better. It's just like any healing character or poisonous attacking, only dealing with wishes instead of actual powers.

And feeding, I do agree with you there. XD maybe he could literally feed off of the wishes he makes, or wishes he hears others make. Or even giving him the ability to "hear other peoples wishes" and feed off of them? I like that better actually. XD

All in all, I wouldn't god mod ever unless given permission to make those wishes. I just think it could make for interesting RP. :3

Also, doing that would take out the need for stars completely. So any celestial rock raevans would be good :3 because he doesn't need stars at all then.

Yeah I've given up on the star concept already. It was too close to other people's ideas of the celestial things to be considered.

The only thing I'm having trouble with is how the wishing bone is so much better than my bottled wish. Essentially they could do the same thing, right? Or at least be considered similar. So instead of asking someone for permission to use a dead idea, why not take my concept and make it acceptable? XD

Maybe you guys could give me ideas on alternate powers that could have the potential to be used instead of the whole "wish granting" power.

I like my idea of feeding off of wishes a lot actually. Being able to telepathically hear wishes others make and feeding off of those, gobbling them up instead of allowing them to become a reality. :3

The thing about the wish thing, I think, is mainly people worrying about the balancing of it so it doesn't god-mod. Though I suppose someone would totally tell you if they think you're over-stepping your bounds and such in that case. So let's just focus on how to better improve your current essence so it's more unique.

Wish granting abilities are already old news sorry to say as I believe Sai'da was a djinn aka genie and had something akin to that developing and I believe Kaurii is trying to develop something for Prajna. But still we can work with yours to make it different I think. Technically yours is the unfulfilled wish of a child, so why not play with that? Maybe your Raevan can detect/read/hear/feel whatever, people's most deepest desires/wishes are? Then maybe with that ability they try to help those people achieve them or something. Maybe the Raevan feeds off the energy of these desires/wishes as well. There are options to explore, you just got to think about it more.

It's an interesting idea yes, but I wouldn't allow it to be your only idea. Try thinking of back ups in case Kyou nixes it, okay?
