[Teh Dixie.] Meh, I have too much muscle for my body, and having a figure doesn't help on the scale either. I blame my dad for my manly body type, and my mom for giving me curves still. I'm weird. o___o
Lessee... I've been losing quite a bit of poundage recently, medication + Band Camp. Also, I've got a good bit of height on you ladies. xDD 5'8".
I think I weigh around 150ish right now. I can't even remember. All I know is that I'll never go back to when I had eating problems, weighing around 130 - I may have been "thin" but I was underweight for my height + bodytype and I constantly felt like s**t.
<33 for the fat-bottomed girls. [insert Queen here.] We are quite alike, except for, you've got curves you lucky thing. I'm a little taller than you, I'm 180 cm, which would be 5'9". I must say it's nice to see some tall girls around xd @ Walter Sullivan : Long time no see surprised

I weighed 246 pounds in April. 44 Inches on the waist.
I currently weigh 187 pounds with 35 inches on the waist.
At this rate I should be under 180 before the summer is through. biggrin

dude, I have no idea how people can both gain and lose wieght like that. I have struggled my whole life to gain so little wieght that its not even funny gonk

it's actually not that tough. it's all math. Choose your goal weight in pounds. Multiply it by 12. multiply the total by 1.3 and that's how many calories you should have in a day. Avoid things like processed sugar and enriched flour or wheat flour. Stick to artificial sweeteners and whole wheat products. make sure your protien intake is above the minimum for your caloric range per day. (not as easy as you'd think. if you need some food suggestions to reach this let me know.) and if you're excercising even the slightest you should start building muscle mass and gaining weight fairly easily.
the simplified equation for the instructions above is
C = (Wx12) x 1.3
P = (C/4) x 0.2
or assuming you have a goal weight of 180 pounds (180 x 12) x 1.3 = 2808 Calories Per Day
(2808/4) x .02 = 140 Grams of Protien Per Day
So for a goal weight of 180 pounds you should have about 2600 - 3000 calories a day and have 130 to 150 grams of protien.
Lemmie know if you need any other data.
(yes the identicle equation supports weightt loss. simply remove the "x 1.3" from the first line. yes you still have a minimum protien intake and you're especially avoiding processed sugars and enriched flour)

lmao, now should we also point out how hard it is to consume 140g's of protien every day~! xd Dad was a body bulder so I pretty much know that all but never saw it in formulea form before xd I also know that my main problem in wieght gain is lack of sufficient protien. Too damned lazy to get enough gonk (or just too broke to afford some good dietary sup's)

Too damned lazy to get enough gonk (or just too broke to afford some good dietary sup's) I personally like tuna fish, shrimp, crab meat and beef jerky for my protien intake. Also there are a few wrap breads made of whole wheat that are 110 cals / 10 grams protien per serving. Damascus Bakeries makes them as does at least one other company. Ummm... basically I look for anything that has a ratio of 1 gram of protien for every 10 calories. The closer I get to that the more likely I am to hit my daily goal.

Yeah, I know what you mean. Its a bit harder for me as well as I don't like seafood xd Stuff makes me sooo ill gonk I am thinking that if I am to continue exercising, I am going to have to start suplementing with some whey >_>;; oj well, fruit smoothies are the yum xd
