Alex grinned when the coach called go. As the water flew towards her, she flew up into the air over the water and hovered there.
"Is that the best you got?" she said playfully, and started flying towardds the citizen.

Emily made a solid wall of ice come up infront of the girl, she made it go up to the ceiling so she couldnt fly over it. "No Way!" Emily replied.

Emily tossed more watter balls at the girl.

Alex slammed on her brakes, and just brushed the ice wall. "Dang! Looks like I'll have to improvise." she said.
Thinking for a moment, Alex then smiled, seeing something nice. She then flew downward, and flew underneath the wall.

Emily moved the wall aside, She then created a huge wave of water. As it crashed over the girl, Emily froze it so it became a huge ice bubble with the girl in the middle of it.

Emily didnt know how long she could keep that much water frozen, i guess i will soon find out she thought to herself.

Alex froze in her tracks. Literally. "That is no fair." she smiled. She then decided to try flying as an ice bubble. She moved ALOT slower than usual. But she was moving.

Emily laughed. She then pushed the 'icebubble' backward, away from the citizen.

The outside of the 'icebubble' was melting a little bit, she couldnt hold it for much longer.

Alex was making progress. That is, until she was moved away from her target. She sighed. "Damn you're good." she said as she futily tried to fly forward.

Emily couldnt hold it, the ice turned into water and crash to the floor.

It was then that Alex noticed the ice beginning to melt. "She's weakening." Alex whispered. She then used the hole the melting ice made and broke thru and tried to reach the citizen before the limit was up.

Alex, free of the ice, raced and grabbbed the citizen and landed on the ground.
