At that the stallion did get a nice image of the Aeri being quite surprised by the unnoticed Reya mare. Perhaps it was just him, but his imagination ran away with him most times of the day. Though because of it, he was able to come up with many tales of fathom and fantasy, and most of which he enjoyed telling to an audience. Certainly, when their child was born he would have to share with it the wonders of his creations.
"I haven't the slightest of clues", the blood bay responded, still slightly bewildered in his that amused tone of his. It wasn't often he got to play around like this, but it certainly was a nice change of pace to what had gone on lately with him and that brute. As for the nippings and tugs though, the stallion did happen raise his muzzle once more, but he didn't bump it into her own this time. Oh no. The blood bay took the oppertunity to blow warm breath into her forelock, watching the strands dance around as he did so. "Oh dear me, caught in the act."
Unforunatly for the blood bay though, sleep was just around the corner, and it showed in his hollow eyes by the way they began to droop lazily at half-mast.

"Oh I'll bet you don't," she teased, flicking an ear. Was it just her, or did she detect a hint of exhaustion in his eyes? Maybe it was in his tone? She opened her mouth to speak again, only to find warm air blown into her face. This caused her to blink her emerald eyes several times, hardly noticing the dancing strands of hair that made up her forelock until it landed over her eyes. She snorted and tossed it out of the way, then peered down at the bay. Now it was more obvious how tired he was.
She reached down again and nudged his neck, nipping at his mane this time as she brought her head back up. "As much fun as this is, you need to rest now," she said with a smirk, flicking her tails. "And no arguing, it's rather obvious how tired you are."
And with that, she silently declared the case closed as she turned to face the tree, looking up at the solitary fruit that hung precariously from its branches. How it managed to stay up and not fall until it was ready was a mystery to her, causing her to worry constantly. What if it fell too soon? She knew it wouldn't, but that didn't stop her from worrying about the possibility. She moved her head, reaching over to very, very gentle nuzzle the fruit, just to make sure it was all right. She didn't know how it would reassure her that it would be fine, but it seemed to. The fruit merely continued to hang there, not in danger of falling at all quite yet.

Fortunatly or unforunatly, for the blood bay hadn't made up his mind about it yet, she had spoken about sleep. Well, he supposed he had held up against his tiredness, and her first attempt to get him to rest for long enough. No reason to put it off more, correct? At least that's what his body was telling him.
The Jala's only answer was a slight grin that pulled at the corner of his lips, while his sleek head lowered itself to a comfortable position. Though he knew he wouldn't try to sleep for very long, he never liked to make his turn lengthy at all. Though whether or not he'd actually get a choice in the matter, was completely up to how long his mind shut down on him. Unworried about the fruit and the capable hands, or horn persay, of Cressida; the blood bay found a light dozing quite easily.
