now preferrably but later is fine... becasue i'm sure i can find you if i need to... trying to intimidate a shadow seems a bit pointless but it could work Azaroth is thinking

If possible, his grin becomes even wider. "Now it is then." Reaching into the shadows of his coat he withdraws a large leather pouch. "Here you are, and I thank you. I like working for honest men, perhaps I can call on your survices in the future?"

Xavier stared dazedly at the sky, feeling very bored by now. He turned his head a bit to look furher along the beach then blinked, his attention caught by a red color. Oh, what's this..? he thought before rolling onto his feet and standing up, shaking off the dirt and such that clung to him. Another person? he wondered as he started to head towards the object. He left clawed footprints as he walked in the sand, eventually getting to a bloodied girl. "Hey what's this?" he wondered aloud before nudging the girl with his nose. "Is it dead?" the girl make a faint, pained sound a being touched, making Xavier tilt his head. No, apparently not. he thought as he curiously sniffed at her hair, licking one of the girl's cat ears a little. She's covered in her own blood. he thought as he tilted his head a bit, gently prodding her with his nose again then listening to her whimper quietly.

He bows and laughs. "By all means, but I would hurry. Dragons are not very patient with humans." Taking a sudden step backwards, both he and the cargo seem to vanish.

Azaroth gladly trying to get away from the shadow sets sail again and notices the dragon hovering over an object he goes to investigate to find its a girl he wonders if he should help and decides sure why not he gets out of the boat and being a strong swimmer he swims towards the girl and dragon seeing if he cant save her from this beast

Xavier was licking at some of the blood on one of the girl's arms when he heard a splashing sound, blinking as he looked up. His eyes narrowed and he growled a bit while stretching his wings a little, purposefully stepping part-way into the water so that the girl was underneath him and so that the man would have to get through him. So he wants the girl..? She tastes sweet, but I don't know if I have room in my stomach..and besides, if I ate her, I wouldn't be able to have my fun with the man. he thought as his tail swung through the air behind him.
(I probably should go to bed too..x.x but I think I'll wait a while longer, I've had caffeine and I'm addicted to roleplaying..><' )

Arriving at his destination earlier than expected He settles down and once again closes his eyes. "I have some time, I think I'll see how the captain and his crew fare against the dragon."
((I would go to bed, but I'm nocternal during the summer.))

Xavier blinked and searched the water a bit: where had the captain gone..? Had he drowned? He saw some of the crew following the captain and his tail started to sway despite his irritance. Oh look, little fishies swimming in the sea! he thought while letting his tounge loll out before lunging into the water, extremly pleased by the frightened shouting he recieved. One little two little three little sailors~ he sang in his head as he snapped his jaws dangerously close to a few men, stretching his wings with delight at the terrfied screaming and frantic swimming of the sailors. "Oh come on, just one bite?" he teased while pushing towards another man who shouted and tried to swim away. "I promise it won't kill you." he said as his purple eyes shined and he licked his lips, getting dangerously close to the terrified man. He leaned his head down towards the man, opening his jaws wide as if intending to snap him up in one bite before suddenly licking him, lifting his head as he did so. The poor man was temperarilly stuck to his tounge as he lifted him into the air, 'causing Xavier to laugh boisterously as he fell and landed with a splash into the water while screaming.
(Same here, I stay up all night and sleep in whenever I can. Unfortunatly I'm supposed to babysit tomorrow, meaning I have to get up early but..oh well~)

Azaroth was watching this dragon tease his men like little toys.. he then realized the dragon wasnt going to hurt them just trying to scare them.... and it was doing a damn good job

He chuckles softly to himself as he watches the dragon at play. Recovering himself, he sends a message to the dragon. "Nicely done. I haven't seen anything quite so entertaining."

The Captain notices the girl isnt hurt due to the dragon but to some sort of blunt force trauma like a war ensued on her and she drifted....

(lol, welcome back ^.^ my hair's...huge! It like a Hermonie afro!! x0x It feels like a bush growing on my head..T.T)
Xavier held his head up at the complament before heading towards a few scrambling men still in the water. "Thank you, thank you very much." he said while flapping his wings hard a couple times, laughing as some of the sailors were blown by the wind and watching as they spun in the water. He turned and spotted the captain, his eyes narrowing before he turned and slowly headed towards him. "There you are.." he murmured, a bit of a growl welling up as he came closer. "What is it that you want, hmm..?" he asked, lifting one of his front legs to paw at the water, which in turn pulled Azaroth closer. Xavier heard someone swimming behind him and used his tail to curl around him, lifting it out of the water before letting go, happily listening to him scream as he flew through the air and splashed elsewhere.
(indeed~ doctor sailor to the rescue! Or is he..? *eats popcorn, waiting to see if he'll make it past Xavier* )

"What is it exactly that holds the captians attention?" Shifting his gaze from the dragons shadow to the captains he spies the injured girl. "Oh, I see, very interesting. Remember, though, I will need the captain in the future, try not to hurt him too bad. Too bad about the girl though. It's a wonder she has survived this long. It would be a shame for her to die."
