Allo. I am a new member! But so far every time I've gotten on this place is desserted.
Well. I am Sammi. Real name Samantha but please call me Sammi. I am 15. I'll be 16 next week! YAY! birthday for me! I absolutly live for books! i spend most of my free time at school in the libary helping out. I change my mind about every week about what i want to be when i get older.

I'm Cassandra, but prefer either Cass or Cassie. Stuck in the Iowan boonies for now, until I graduate...another coupla years...I'm 15 going on 16 ish and yeah...I like reading (duh!), writing, Nancy Drew computer games, and TV...and generally I don't like the people in my school, but that's prolly just cuz everyone is happy living in a town with less that 700 people and they prefer hunting to reading (weirdos)...ick...and some have never been anywhere other than Iowa and Illinois and are scared of leaving...save me...oh yes, I also like to talk (but I'm sure that's vaguely obvious!)

I'm Tomoe (yes, it is three syllables), but I also go by Crystal or Cryssy. I am eighteen years old, and a freshman in college. I have no idea what I want to major in yet, but I'm seriously considering English with an emphasis in Creative Writing. I like to spend my time reading, writing, and listening to or playing music. I don't really watch much TV at all; I'm too busy with school and such.
Anyways, that's about it from me!

Hi everyone,
It seems like I am older than a lot of people here (let's just say that I am old enough to Vote, legally drink and rent a car). I love collecting items on gaia and coming up with different outfits, but haven't met many people (I spend more time in the Marketplace than anywhere else and hardly ever go into Towns). I would love to meet other people on gaia, and since I am an avid reader I decided to join this guild. It seems like the guild is not very active right now, and I would like to see that change. I like almost any type of music and my favorite color is blue.

I'm, like, the only person I know that didn't have a sweet sixteen party. redface Truth is, I didn't really care... I got a car a few months before, and I got my class ring. We broke out the Pooh party hats and ate some cake. Yeh, that's it. *shrugs* I hardly care about turning sixteen. Ummkay...what now? So what? rolleyes Dang it! How did I get so off topic? *scratches head* Ah, well. whee I've started soooooooooo many short story/potential novel thingies; my computer is overloaded with half-finished documents. Okay, I know I'm doing alot of posting on here, but somebody needs to!
It seems I'm older than everybody in this guild, maybe not, but definetly most. Oh well, I'll be a surrogate mother figure, how about that? Its great to read all the posts from book lovers! I love that there are so many of you "young'uns" who enjoy books. I live in Missouri, but have lived all over the place: Texas, Illinois, Germany, Iowa, Kentucky, Tennessee. I'm married with one teenage daughter heart . I'm fairly well read, but theres always something new, isn't there? Never settle too long into one genre is my advice, I put off some wonderful books that way when I was young.

Well I'm not really new, I've just never posted in this forum before.
Ummm.... Hi I'm Lexi (yes that's my real name, not a nickname) But I usually go by Alice on here. I'm currently stuck in Georgia.yay me.... I'm going to start high school in the fall and bookstores are my homes. I could spend hours in one bookstore and then want to go to another one right after. I actually plan to own a small bookshop in Savannah when I get out of college.My favorite books are Harry Potter, Twilight, and Dr.Seuss! heart

As you may have sussed from that, I'm a student at Bristol University, just going into my third year. I study Philosophy and Classics and hope to stay in the academia my whole life. smile
I obviously love reading. My course has heavy reading requirements, so a lot of what I read is 'academic'. But I also love fantasy and horror. I also sing, play the violin and piano, practice nunchaku and poi, I'm a digital painter and I love playing computer & board games in my spare time (mainly World of Warcraft and Arkham Horror, but I play quite a few games on the DS, too).
What I can't do is dance, use 'real' paints or take non-blurry photographs. razz
