muko looks at all the kages "stop acting like kids now the number of gennin in villages is growing... i was thinking that each village could hold there own chunnin/jonnin exams as well as test the jonnin to become anbu and the anbu special jonnin"

Kamikazi looks at garra and says what is this I hear about you taking other villages ninjas and don't try to deny it either. If you try that in the cloud village then you will most likley die.

"Dudes!" Sparky adjusts herself in a chair, "We have a more complex thing to deal with- i know many of you have had sighting so of the akatsuki- mainly a ninja by the name of Isabella(izzy) Kage." Sparky stomps her foot kinda mad at this situation, "We need to somehow contain her before she gets killed or starts going on a homicidal rampage! Does anyone Have any ideas?"

cloud reponds to sparky "Ive already found out how to defeat her for good but kami wont let me cause if not carefull I might kill her and kami wouldnt stand for this if I take her out".

Sparky laces her fingers infront of her,
"she has a harvest to last her a month i highly doubt she will feast for a while- she did get a kage or two i beleive as well as a jounin and some chunins and genins, the higher the Nin's then the longer her hunger stays full."
Sparky yawns slightly,
"oh and if you do see her and get some bats- get a sample of blood and possibly a fang if you could..." sparky notices what he said, "wat do you mean something she cant resist?"
Her eyes narrow in suspition,
"has she bitten you?"
