I've found out how to eliminate confusion as to the times! (I'll put this in the rules ASAP!) go to account under My Gaia and then go down to the slot that says Time Zone and change it to GMT (Gaia Main Time)

Ignore my last post *cough, cough*
GMT is the time where you are, to change your time to GST (Gaia Standard Time) there is a table. To find the table go to the world map and go to the bottom of it. The time there is GST right under that in blue clickable letters is "Gaia Standard Time", click that and a table will pop up. Once you have found out what you have to add/subtract to your time go to account and go down to Timezone. Change that accordingly.
