((Hmm.... This looks rather interesting... I think I shall join this if its not minded...))
Near the outskirts of the village, a man with long black hair was sitting on a rock, observing what was going on around him. His eyes were a dark color, making them seem almost pitch black. His outfit, was a long black robe of some sort that had a bit of white in it, though the sleeves are what made his outfit a tad unusual. They reached all the way to the ground. He glanced around a bit as he stayed still and quiet.

He crossed his arms and pointed to his subordinate.
"That's my Leiutenant. you see we're all rogues from many different villages. We all share something in common. We were all sick of the fact that we couldn't be true shinobi, without missions, without restraints. We can truly live in a village of our own creation. Will you join us? I'm sure your power can be put to use."
He had a smile as he looked his new aquaintance over.
