No, like, look at your fingerprint. See the lines? It interrupts those lines, and it feels no different from my finger. But when you look closely, it's reallly weird.

They deliver insulin directly into the body instead of having to have a shot whenever you eat, or test your blood.
O.o that's kind of freaky.

Red Toxic @Shiffer; Aw. I know how you feel. I had a kitten as literally a toddler, but I remember her. We have picture of mine a diaper holding my little calico kitty. She got into someone's trashcan and contracted a viral infection. Died in the vet's arms. I could still cry about it if I continued to think about it. thanx for at least understanding. Back to everyday life (except for the fact that it 2:07 A.M)

Really? What type diabetes? My aunt is a diabetic. She's horrible with it though. She's had to go to the hospital a couple of times because she ignored the whole taking of your blood sugar thing. :l And she's complaining of losing feeling in her legs sometimes. And diabetes can lead to amputation of limbs. She just doesn't listen. :l
Yikes, scar tissue? I have a bunch of tiny bubbles in this oval shape on my pointer finger of my left hand. I mean, it's practically part of my fingerprint. Really weird. I don't know where its from..

I almost broke my doctor's hand when I first got diagnosed.
I wouldn't let them take my blood sugar because I was/am needle phobic (diabetes & needle phobia = not a good match)
I have type 1. I'm on an insulin pump though, so I don't have to get tons of shots everyday. But, I have to check my blood sugar 4-5 times a day.
Maybe it's warts? sweatdrop
Kitties = love 3nodding I hate getting shots gonk one time I was told I wasn't going to get any shots. Then the doctor says, "Since you never got the chicken pox, you need to get the vaccine again." I was ready to kick the doctor in the nuts and escape. But there was no escape. Ow. Also, one time, my hand was on fire. Ow.
I don't even want to know how you caught your hand on fire. Lol. ;PI try to do it without getting the shot. Satisfaction with no pain included! it was a cooking accident

Woah, you must be one heck of a clumsy cook. xD nah, a little flame on the grill is to be expected. I'm very careful (and I make great fajitas!) except my friend accidently bumped into me and one thing led to another and wammo, my hands on fire.

I've got like...four scars, two from cats, one from a dog, and one from something at a store.
My first scar, I was four, and messing with my cat George. So he decided this- "you know what? I don't care that you're four, I'm going to scratch you!" So he swiped at my arm, and I left him alone for a long time. I started to pet him like a week later ><
Second scar is from my brothers cat, Gigantor. He had him in his hands and he thought it would be cool to throw the cat at me while I channeled surf for something to watch. So he threw the cat, the cat freaking out so his claws came out. And he landed on my upper right arm and ran up my arm, over my shoulder and down my back.
Yeah, I know how cat scratches feel like...

I just use pepper flakes or cajun spice instead of peppers. I also use bleu cheese crumbles sometimes. I'll also sometime make my SUPRISE!! fajitas. One unlucky person will have diced jalapenos in their fajita and no peeking!
